También con adornos, luces y música navideña. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">e)&nbsp;&nbsp;La autorización para montar una parada será intransferible y revocable.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">f)&nbsp;La vigilancia y conservación del espacio durante el horario de montaje, venta y desmontaje será responsabilidad exclusiva de la persona autorizada.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">g)&nbsp;El Ayuntamiento contratará un servicio de vigilancia para garantizar la seguridad durante las horas que no esté abierta la <em>Fira</em>. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">h)&nbsp;La autorización no exime la persona titular de solicitar y obtener licencias de otras administraciones, conforme a las normativas que le son de aplicación.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">y)En cualquier momento, se realizará visita de inspección para comprobar el cumplimiento de las condiciones exigidas en la autorización, así como la ocupación continuada de la parada, según solicitud, y se podrán imponer, si procede, las sanciones pertinentes, de acuerdo con el que establece la Ordenanza reguladora de la venta ambulante en Maó.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">j)&nbsp;&nbsp;En los puestos no se podrán instalar equipos de sonido o música, ni megafonía.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">k) Cuando, por motivo de incompatibilidad con otras actividades, de fuerza mayor a causa de las condiciones meteorológicas, u otros, no se pueda realizar la feria, ello no implicará su apertura en días diferentes de los previstos, excepto en los supuestos que expresamente autorice el alcalde o persona en quien delegue.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">l)&nbsp;En todo momento, las personas autorizadas tendrán que cumplir los protocolos y las normas higiénicas vigentes, a raíz de la crisis sanitaria del Covid-19, relativas a los mercados de venta ambulante al aire libre. El incumplimiento de estas medidas se podrá considerar falta grave y se sancionará con la revocación de la autorización correspondiente, y será motivo de cierre inmediato de la parada.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:black">QUINTO. </span></strong><span style="color:black">El listado de las personas interesadas autorizadas se enviará a la Policía Local, junto con los datos de los vehículos que podrán acceder en la zona de venta, para realizar la carga y descarga, durante los horarios de montaje y desmontaje –respectivamente– de los puestos.</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color:black">SEXTO</span></strong><span style="color:black; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">. El orden de ocupación de los puestos se ha realizado por sorteo.
