&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Por Decreto de la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca de día 21 de mayo de 2019 se delegó la Secretaría de la Comisión Insular de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo a favor del Sr. Jaume Munar Fullana y se nombraron como suplentes, indistintamente, a la Sra. Carmen Mayans Mas y la Sra. Francisca Serra Mas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el mismo Decreto se nombró a la Sra. Carmen Mayans Mas Secretaria de la Ponencia Técnica de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo y como suplentes a la Sra. Francisca Serra Mas y el Sr. Jaume Munar Fullana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. La Sra. Carmen Mayans Mas ha pasado a desarrollar en comisión de servicios otras funciones en la Agencia de Defensa del Territorio de Mallorca, y por tanto se hace necesario efectuar un nuevo nombramiento para las funciones de secretaría de dichos órganos colegiados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundamentos jurídicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El artículo 46.2.d) del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca dispone que serán miembros, entre otros, el secretario o la secretaria de la Comisión Insular de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, que debe gozar de la condición de personal funcionario del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, pertenecer al grupo A1 y tener la licenciatura en derecho,&amp;nbsp;y que debe designarla la Presidencia del Consejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Asimismo, el artículo 48.2.a) del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, dispone que será miembro de la Ponencia Técnica de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo, el secretario o secretaria&amp;nbsp;que será&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;" la persona designada como secretario o secretaria de la comisión insular.&amp;nbsp;También puede ejercer este cargo otro funcionario o funcionaria que reúna las características requeridas para el cargo de secretario o secretaria de la Comisión y nombrada por el mismo procedimiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Encomendar el ejercicio de las funciones de la Secretaría de la Comisión Insular de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo en favor del Sr. Jaume Munar Fullana y nombrar como suplentes, indistintamente, a la Sra. Francisca Serra Mas y el Sr. Juan Luís Morey Forcades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Nombrar a la Sra. Francisca Serra Mas Secretaria de la Ponencia Técnica de Ordenación del Territorio y Urbanismo y como suplentes, indistintamente, al Sr. Juan Luís Morey Forcades y al Sr. Jaume Munar Fullana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Derogar el Decreto de día 21 de mayo de 2019 sobre delegación de funciones de la Secretaría de la Comisión Insular de Ordenación del Territorio, Urbanismo y Patrimonio Histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Publicar este Decreto en el&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;(BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Dar cuenta al Pleno de este Decreto en la primera sesión ordinaria que tenga lugar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
