    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En fecha 27 de noviembre de 2023, el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Sineu aprobó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Aprobar la inclusión de la relación tajante siguiente de supuestos en los cuales el Ayuntamiento de Sineu podrá solicitar el auxilio del SOIB a fin de promover la difusión de ofertas de ocupación pública para seleccionar personal laboral temporal: Relación tajante de supuestos en los cuales el Ayuntamiento de Sineu podrá solicitar el auxilio del SOIB a fin de promover la difusión de ofertas de ocupación pública para seleccionar personal laboral temporal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En el supuesto en que la vigencia de la bolsa de trabajo del Ayuntamiento de Sineu haya caducado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En el supuesto en que la bolsa de trabajo haya quedado agotada por la indisponibilidad de todos los miembros de la misma, una vez hayan sido llamados siguiendo la orden de prelación de la lista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el supuesto en que el Ayuntamiento de Sineu no disponga de ninguna bolsa de trabajo para cubrir un determinado lugar de trabajo o servicio que se necesite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ayuntamiento se compromete, siempre que sea posible, a tener las bolsas de trabajo en activo y crear de nuevas en caso de caducidad o verse agotadas las disponibles. Solo se acudirá a este convenio por causas excepcionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Añadir la relación tajante de supuestos al convenio colectivo del personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Sineu como adenda del mismo, sin perjuicio que dentro de un plazo razonable se pueda revisar el convenio colectivo regulador de personal laboral del Ayuntamiento de Sineu en vigor, a efectos de introducir dicho acuerdo en su articulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.- Comunicar este acuerdo al Servicio de Ocupación de las Islas Baleares.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por lo que se publica a los efectos del artículo 38.6 del Real decreto ley 5/2015 de 30 de octubre por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del empleado público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
