style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;de 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;23&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;por la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que se convocan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;para el ejercicio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;2016,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;ayudas para el fomento de la producción integrada,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de acuerdo con &lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Los expedientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;han sido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;tramitados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;por el Fondo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;en cumplimiento de lo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;dispuesto en el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;43&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&amp;nbsp;de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;administraciones públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 08/05/2023 y núm. 04002415, tuvo entrada en el Registro del FOGAIBA una solicitud de ayuda a nombre de CATALINA MATEU VIDAL, con NIF núm. ***9405**, al amparo de la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 18 de abril de 2023 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria, para el año 2023, de las ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Producción Integrada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:SimSun"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:'Times New Roman'"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han realizado los oportunos controles administrativos de la solicitud y de la documentación aportada, y se han efectuado los requerimientos necesarios para la tramitación del presente expediente. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
