    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El artículo 100 de la Ley 14/2006, de 17 de octubre, del deporte de las Illes Balears, creó la Comisión contra la Violencia en el Deporte de las Illes Balears (en adelante Comisión) como órgano al que le corresponde prevenir cualquier tipo de acción o manifestación de violencia, racismo o xenofobia, o que la pueda generar, como consecuencia de actividades o competiciones deportivas en el ámbito territorial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Actualmente, la Ley 2/2023, de 7 de febrero, de la actividad física y el deporte de las Illes Balears regula en los artículos 132 y 133 la Comisión y dispone que la consejería competente en materia de deportes velará y promocionará, en colaboración con la consejería competente en materia educativa y la propia Comisión, medidas de concienciación, principalmente durante la edad escolar, dirigidas a prevenir la violencia, el racismo, la xenofobia, la intolerancia y las acciones o manifestaciones contra la dignidad de la mujer y fomentará entre las personas practicantes de la actividad física y el deporte valores de convivencia, juego limpio, respeto, igualdad de mujeres y hombres y la integración social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La composición de este órgano se establece&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; en el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l Decreto 12/2019, de 28 de febrero,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;por el que se regula la Comisión contra la Violencia en el Deporte de las Illes Balears, y la letra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; dispone que los vocales han de ser nombrados por el consejero o consejera de Cultura, Participación y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Deportes, así como que en los casos de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, los vocales titulares son sustituidos por los suplentes correspondientes que hayan sido nombrados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El 17&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e mar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;zo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; de 20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;21, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;jera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;e Asuntos Sociales y Deportes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;dictó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;esoluci&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ediante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;disponía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;el ce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;se&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#800000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el nom&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;bramiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#800000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;los&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt; m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;ie&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;mbr&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;de la Comis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; contra la Viol&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ncia &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el Deporte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;I&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Seguidamente, el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;día&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 13 de setiembre de 2022, nuevamente dictó Resolución a través de la cual &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;se disponía el cese y el nombramiento de determinados miembros de la Comisión contra la Violencia en el Deporte de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ahora bien, dado que en el último año se han realizado cambios en relación a los integrantes de la Comisión y, por otra parte,se ha producido la entrada de un nuevo Gobierno, se considera adecuado realizar la actualización de los miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Disponer el cese como vocales titulares y suplentes de la Comisión contra la Violencia en el Deporte de las Illes Balears, agradeciendo los servicios prestados, de todos los miembros de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Nombrar como vocales titulares y suplentes de la Comisión contra la Violencia en el Deporte de las Illes Balears a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Contra esta Resolución –que agota la vía administrativa- cabe interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el dia siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;También cabe interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el dia siguiente de haberse publicado en el &lt;em&gt;B&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;oletín&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Oficial de&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;s Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contenciosa- Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
