&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;«&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDÍA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Biel Ferragut Mir, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, a la vista de la propuesta del Tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo, mediante sistema de concurso-oposición libre, para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo de funcionarios y funcionarias interinos/as arquitectos técnicos de la escala de administración especial, subescala técnica, especialidad arquitectura técnica, grupo A, subgrupo A2, publicado en el BOIB núm. 37, de 23 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vistos los resultados definitivos de los aspirantes que han formado parte del proceso, conforme orden de puntuación y atendiendo lo que disponen las bases reguladoras del procedimiento selectivo, de conformidad con lo que se establece en el artículo 22 del Reglamento General de Ingreso del Personal al Servicio de la Administración General del Estado y de Provisión de Puestos de trabajo y Promoción Profesional de los Funcionarios Civiles de la Administración General del Estado, aprobado por el Real Decreto 364/1995, de 10 de marzo, y el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local, mediante la presente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aprobar la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo de funcionarios y funcionarias internos/as, especialidad arquitecto técnico del Ayuntamiento de sa Pobla, conforme los resultados y el orden siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
