    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo de este Consejo Insular acordó, en fecha 23/01/2023, de conformidad con lo que dispone el artículo 8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (BOIB n.º 12, de 26/01/2023) la aprobación del vigente Plan estratégico de subvenciones de esta Corporación para los años 2023-2025 (en lo sucesivo PES).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así mismo, en fecha 23/12/2022, el Pleno del Consejo Insular acordó delegar en la Presidencia la aprobación de las modificaciones del PES, acuerdo publicado al BOIB n.º 171, de 31/12/2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 28/11/2023, el consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo ha dictado una provisión de incoación de expediente para la modificación del PES, atendida una nueva necesidad surgida en el ámbito competencial de su Departamento que precisa su atención, más concretamente, en el ámbito de las Infraestructuras Viarias, y es intención del mencionado departamento atenderla, por lo cual es necesario modificar el PES.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto el informe propuesta emitido por el jefe de servicio de Infraestructuras Viarias, en fecha 29/11/2023, que consta al expediente con CSV 14614166032532032642.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En base a todo el anterior, esta Presidencia, órgano competente para la modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, según acuerdo del Pleno de esta corporación, de fecha 23/12/2022, publicado al BOIB n.º 171, de fecha 31/12/2022, emite el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la modificación del Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Ibiza para los años 2023-2025, en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Incluir la siguiente línea de acción:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
