59933 CAIB 59935 ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva de la modificación de la ordenanza del precio público para la prestación de servicios en la escoleta municipal "els taperons"]] 2023-11-29 CAIB 20 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Campos, en la sesión ordinaria de día 28 de septiembre de 2023, aprobó inicialmente la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora del PRECIO PÚBLICO PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS EN LA ESCOLETA MUNICIPAL “ELS TAPERONS” , lo que se publicó en el BOIB núm. 136 , de 5 de octubre de 2023.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Dado que en el plazo de exposición pública no se han presentado alegaciones en relación con la modificación de la ordenanza fiscal reguladora del PRECIO PÚBLICO PARA LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS EN LA ESCOLETA MUNICIPAL “ELS TAPERONS”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">En cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 17.3 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de Haciendas locales, y una vez adoptado el acuerdo definitivo de aprobación del redactado de la ordenanza, se procede a su publicación íntegra en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares:</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>“Ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de servicios en la Escoleta Municipal “Els Taperons”</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Artículo 1.<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Fundamento y naturaleza</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Al amparo de lo previsto en los artículos 41 y 127 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, el Ayuntamiento de Campos acuerda establecer los precios públicos para la prestación de servicios de la escuela pública infantil y otros servicios accesorios de 0 a 3 años.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Artículo 2.<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Personas obligadas al pago</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">Están obligados/das al pago del precio público regulado por esta ordenanza las personas físicas o jurídicas (padres, madres o quien ostente la tutela de los niños) que se beneficien de los servicios o actividades prestados o realizados por este Ayuntamiento, a los que se hace referencia a el artículo anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Artículo 3.<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Cuantía</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">La cuantía a exigir por la prestación del servicio se determinará en función de las siguientes cuantías, todo ello según los tramos horarios y servicios ofrecidos en cada uno de estos tramos:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>A. Previa solicitud de la parte interesada, se emitirá informe por parte del servicio competente proponiendo una reducción o exención que podrá llegar hasta la totalidad del precio público.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black"><strong>Artículo 5. <span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Normas de gestión</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">1. El pago de los precios establecidos se efectuará por mensualidades vencidas de cada mes mediante domiciliación bancaria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">2. Excepción a lo anterior se convierte en el abono de la cuantía correspondiente al mes de agosto, que se abonará conjuntamente con la del mes de julio.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">3. En el mes de agosto se prestará el servicio únicamente la mitad del mes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">4. Para dar de baja cualquier niño/niña deberá avisarse el mes anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">5.
