&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB n.º 175, de 23 de diciembre), se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La Dirección General de Turismo (Consejería de Turismo, Cultura y Deportes) ha instado la modificación del mencionado anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones, concretamente dentro del punto 3 («Modernización e Innovación») del objetivo III («Competitividad»), con objeto de posibilitar, en 2023, la convocatoria de ayudas &amp;nbsp;para la modernización e innovación en la higiene y en la limpieza de los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico, destinada a la compra de mecanismos de elevación de camas, línea que ya fue objeto de convocatoria en 2022. Así mismo, se introduce una nueva línea, la línea III.3.2, para posibilitar la convocatoria de ayudas para financiar actuaciones para la mejora de la competitividad y la capacidad de adaptación del territorio de las Illes Balears en el ámbito turístico, por importe de 60.488.033,00 euros. Ambas líneas se enmarcan en el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia «Next Generation».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El apartado tercero del mencionado Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno establece que la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones se delegan en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, ya prevista en el anexo del Plan para el año 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, al consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación aprobar y modificar el anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el apartado 9 de la Resolución del consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación de 27 de julio de 2023 de delegación de competencias y de delegación de firma en determinados órganos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, otras consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, de la Agencia Tributaria de las Illes Balears y del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears, y de suplencia de los órganos directivos de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación, se delega en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación la firma de las resoluciones de modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Los artículos 25 y 31 de la&lt;span style="color:blue"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por los decretos de la presidenta de las Illes Balears 16/2023, de 20 de julio y 17/2023, de 23 de agosto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, en el que se nombra a don Antoni Costa Cuesta consejero de Economía, Hacienda e Innovación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la modificación del anexo del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2021-2023, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 20 de diciembre de 2021 (BOIB n.º 175, de 23 de diciembre), en cuanto al objetivo III, sobre competitividad, y más concretamente el punto 3, relativo a modernización e innovación, de forma que se modifica la línea&amp;nbsp; III.3.1 y se añade la línea III.3.2, las cuales quedan redactadas de la siguiente manera&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;III.3.1&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Objetivos y efectos:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; la modernización e innovación en la higiene y en la limpieza de los establecimientos de alojamiento turístico&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
