&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La caza, su regulación, la vigilancia y el aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos, así como el fomento de estas materias, son competencias propias de los consejos insulares (artículos 70.17 y 73 de la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, de reforma del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Regular el ejercicio de la caza para asegurar su perdurabilidad, fomentando el respeto por la biodiversidad de la isla, es uno de los objetivos del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales del Consejo Insular de Menorca; de este modo, la práctica de la caza, con sus componentes ambientales, culturales, sociales y económicos, tiene que contribuir, de forma sostenible, al equilibrio entre la fauna, el medio natural y las actividades humanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La convocatoria correspondiente a 2022 ofrecía dos líneas de ayudas: la A, para subvencionar cotos y refugios de caza privados que ejecutaran actividades de mejora ambiental; y la B, para subvencionar actuaciones cinegéticas de entidades sin ánimo de lucro que contribuyeran a mejorar la capacidad, el aprovechamiento y la sostenibilidad de los recursos objeto de explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La línea con 10.000 € destinados a la mejora ambiental de los cotos o refugios de caza (A) quedó desierta. Y de la línea orientada a las entidades sin ánimo de lucro (B), se beneficiaron tres sociedades de cazadores de ámbito insular, una organización ecologista y una sociedad ornitológica: con todo ello, las cinco actuaciones recibieron 11.059,31 € de los 15.000 € reservados (un 73,7%) y todas ellas fueron justificadas en su totalidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Incorporado al presupuesto vigente del Consejo Insular de Menorca, el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones canaliza y ordena el desarrollo de actuaciones en materia de subvenciones dirigidas a la consecución de los objetivos de cada programa para el año 2023. En este sentido, una de las líneas de subvención del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales consiste en la convocatoria de ayudas en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si bien el programa presupuestario 41910 de nombre Gestión y aprovechamiento de recursos cinegéticos del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales contiene la partida 4890000 con 25.000 € consignados para la convocatoria que se propone, sólo se han reservado 15.000 €; ésto son 10.000 € menos de los previstos, porque la línea subvencionadora A) orientada a la mejora ambiental de los cotos o refugios de caza privados no se convoca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. El espíritu y la intención de la convocatoria se basa en el principio de gestión sostenible del patrimonio faunístico y de sus hábitats, gestión cualificada de interés público por la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, de caza y pesca de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. En este sentido, el objetivo previsto es que las sociedades de cazadores de implantación en la isla y otras entidades relacionadas con el medio ambiente, puedan ver impulsados sus proyectos de naturaleza cinegética bajo los parámetros de perdurabilidad de las especies y respeto por la biodiversidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Las nuevas bases reguladoras son fruto de la adaptación de las más recientes a la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. En conformidad con los artículos 3 y 4 de la Ley Orgánica 2/2012, de 27 de abril, de estabilidad presupuestaria y sostenibilidad financiera, el compromiso financiero que se asume con la propuesta no repercutirá sobre la situación de equilibrio del presupuesto del Consejo Insular de Menorca vigente ni tampoco sobre la capacidad financiera de la corporación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Las ayudas propuestas (en virtud de la competencia propia de los consejos insulares en materia de caza, su regulación, la vigilancia y el aprovechamiento de los recursos cinegéticos, así como el fomento de estos asuntos) no cumplen todas las condiciones y criterios fijados por el art. 107.1 del Tratado de Funcionamiento de la Unión Europea; más concretamente, cumplen una finalidad medioambiental y no distorsionan la competencia ni producen efectos sobre el comercio entre los estados miembros. Más concretamente: su impacto es estrictamente regional y medioambiental; no provocan que la demanda o las inversiones lleguen a Menorca después de obstaculizarse su establecimiento en otros lugares comunitarios; los beneficiarios y los efectos de las ayudas tienen una zona de acción geográficamente circunscrita en la región; y, su efecto sobre los mercados y los consumidores de los estados miembros, es inapreciable o, como mucho, resulta marginal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De lo contrario, si bien las ayudas propuestas no se consideran de Estado (evitando, así, los requisitos que la imperativa europea exige a esta tipología de subvenciones), tienen que cumplir, evidentemente, el resto de normativa aplicable en materia subvencionadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Según todo lo expuesto, en conformidad con la normativa básica aplicable al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones y en el marco de aquello establecido en las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto (BEP) vigente de esta corporación,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vista la propuesta de la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta los acuerdos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar las bases reguladoras anexadas a la presente propuesta que regirán las convocatorias de ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segundo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprobar, simultáneamente, la convocatoria correspondiente al año 2023, que se regirá por las bases a que hace referencia el punto anterior y de acuerdo con las condiciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Importe global máximo de las ayudas y crédito presupuestario: las ayudas concedidas serán atendidas con cargo a la partida presupuestaria y el importe máximo indicados a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Este importe máximo destinado a la convocatoria únicamente podrá ampliarse en el supuesto de aportaciones expresas de terceros que contribuyan a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria y se hayan concretado posteriormente a su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únicamente se convoca la línea B de ayudas: Promoción de otras actuaciones cinegéticas para sociedades de cazadores de implantación en la isla y otras entidades relacionadas con el medio ambiente que actúen al ámbito cinegético menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El objeto de las ayudas es apoyar a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro, llevadas a cabo en el territorio de Menorca en materia cinegética entre los días 1 de diciembre del año 2022 y 30 de noviembre del año 2023, que contribuyen a mejorar la capacidad, el aprovechamiento y la sostenibilidad de los recursos objeto de explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El porcentaje máximo de subvención será de un 80% del coste de las actuaciones y se podrá recibir hasta un máximo de 5.000 €. Si el total de las peticiones sobrepasa el crédito disponible, las solicitudes se resolverán repartiendo proporcionalmente el crédito asignado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de quince días naturales a contar a partir del día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El expediente será instruido por Balma González Pérez, técnica del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conforman la Comisión Evaluadora de estas ayudas las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercero. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informar de la presente convocatoria en los términos establecidos en el artículo 20.8 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones y previamente a su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases que rigen la concesión de las ayudas del Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia cinegética&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incorporado en el presupuesto vigente del Consejo Insular de Menorca (CIM), el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones (PES) canaliza y ordena el desarrollo de actuaciones en materia de subvenciones dirigidas a la consecución de los objetivos de cada programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Uno de los objetivos del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales es que la práctica de la caza, con sus componentes ambientales, culturales, sociales y económicos, contribuya de forma sostenible al equilibrio entre la fauna, el medio natural y las actividades humanas; con este propósito, el PES en vigor tiene prevista una línea de subvención en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El objeto de estas ayudas, pues, es apoyar a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro, llevadas a cabo en el territorio de Menorca en materia cinegética entre día 1 de diciembre del año anterior al de la convocatoria y día 30 de noviembre del año de la convocatoria, y que contribuyen a mejorar la capacidad, el aprovechamiento y la sostenibilidad de los recursos que son objeto de explotación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Finalidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con el principio de gestión sostenible del patrimonio faunístico y de sus hábitats, gestión cualificada de interés público por la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, de caza y pesca de las Islas Baleares, la finalidad de esta convocatoria es la conservación y el aprovechamiento sostenible de la caza y los ecosistemas de los cuales forman parte los animales objeto de estas actividades, los cuales son considerados recursos naturales renovables; por eso, la práctica de la caza, con sus componentes ambientales, culturales, sociales y económicos, tiene que contribuir, de forma sostenible, al equilibrio entre la fauna, el medio natural y las actividades humanas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las presentes ayudas se enmarcan en el ejercicio de la competencia de fomento que corresponde al Consejo Insular de Menorca (CIM) en materia de caza, en conformidad con los artículos 70.17 y 73 del Estatuto de autonomía de las Islas Baleares; así mismo, el vigente Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del CIM prevé la convocatoria de ayudas en materia cinegética con el objetivo específico mencionado en la base primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Financiamiento e importe máximo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las ayudas que se otorguen en el marco de estas bases se pagarán con cargo a las partidas y a los importes máximos que se establezcan a la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Actuaciones subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Línea A. Mejora de cotos o refugios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objeto: apoyar a las actividades que promuevan la mejora ambiental del coto/refugio y, consiguientemente, el crecimiento de los aprovechamientos cinegéticos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Beneficiarios: personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de cotos de caza o refugios de fauna en Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Actividades subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vigilancia de los cotos o de los refugios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control selectivo de predadores y especies invasoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Siembras para la caza con variedades vegetales de interés para la fauna cinegética en parcelas identificadas en el Catastro que cumplan su función biológica durante el periodo de reproducción y crianza de las especies cinegéticas, con un máximo del 5% de la superficie del coto hasta un máximo de 10 Ha, en las cuales no se podrá levantar el cultivo o se tendrá que dejar dos metros en los márgenes para la fauna cinegética hasta el 15 de julio. Por razones de volverse a sembrar, podrán labrarse estas parcelas entre día 15 de agosto y el 15 de septiembre, pero siempre comunicándolo previamente al órgano administrativo competente en tramitar la solicitud de subvención. Tanto solo en estos casos podrá entrar la manada con 15 días de antelación a la próxima siembra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Repoblaciones de especies cinegéticas con variedades autóctonas propias de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mejora de los hábitats de los cotos/refugios y desbroce de zonas arbustivas para favorecer la proliferación de las especies cinegéticas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instalación de comederos y abrevaderos para las especies cinegéticas en épocas de penuria alimentaria o de climatología adversa así como infraestructuras diversas asociadas a la mejora de la población cinegética. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Actividades que comporten la reducción de la presión cinegética sobre el coto o que supongan la conversión del coto en un refugio de fauna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Asistencia técnica para la redacción de memorias anuales de los refugios de fauna, y redacción de planes técnicos de gestión cinegética realizados por técnicos competentes en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Línea B. Promoción de otras actuaciones cinegéticas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objeto: apoyar a determinadas actividades sin ánimo de lucro en materia cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Beneficiarios: Sociedades de cazadores de implantación en la isla y otras entidades relacionadas con el medio ambiente que actúen al ámbito cinegético menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Actividades subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoción de las modalidades tradicionales de caza propias de Menorca y actividades cinegéticas con razas autóctonas de canes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estudios técnicos sobre especies cinegéticas y sus hábitats y planes técnicos de gestión cinegética realizados por técnicos competentes en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mejora de los hábitats de los cotos/refugios y mejoras ambientales en favor de la fauna cinegética.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Repoblaciones de especies cinegéticas con variedades autóctonas propias de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Control selectivo de predadores y especies invasoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Organización de actividades de formación y promoción de la actividad cinegética de carácter sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las actuaciones, para cualquier de las dos líneas, serán subvencionables siempre que se hayan ejecutado y pagado entre el 1 de diciembre del año anterior al de la convocatoria y el 30 de noviembre del año de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Naturaleza de las ayudas y régimen de compatibilidad con otras subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Estas ayudas son de carácter voluntario y eventual y se pueden anular, revocar y reintegrar en todo momento por las causas previstas en la ley o en estas bases; no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras subvenciones en años posteriores y no se pueden alegar como precedente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Las dos líneas de ayudas previstas en estas bases son incompatibles entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Las ayudas que se otorguen en conformidad con estas bases son compatibles con la concesión otras ayudas, sin perjuicio de la obligación de las entidades beneficiarias de comunicarlo al CIM en la forma establecida en la base 14.2 d.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. En ningún caso, el importe de las subvenciones que se concedan no puede superar, de manera aislada o en concurrencia con otras ayudas, ingresos o recursos, el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Requisitos de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Podrán tener la condición de beneficiario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Para la línea A: Las personas físicas o jurídicas titulares de cotos de caza o refugios de fauna en Menorca que se encuentren al corriente de las obligaciones administrativas del coto o refugio (tasa anual de la matrícula, memoria anual de capturas, plan técnico de caza y cumplimiento de las obligaciones que de ésta se derivan).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Para la línea B: Las sociedades de cazadores de implantación en la isla sin carácter lucrativo previstas en la Ley 6/2006, de 12 de abril, de caza y pesca de las Islas Baleares, y otras entidades sin ánimo de lucro relacionadas con el medio ambiente que actúen al ámbito cinegético menorquín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas físicas o jurídicas en las cuales concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones (TRLS) y en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones (LGS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Presentación de solicitudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las solicitudes se tienen que presentar formalizadas electrónicamente mediante el modelo normalizado adjunto en estas bases (anexo I) y que se encuentra en la sede electrónica (www.cime.es). Facultativamente, y sólo en el caso de las personas físicas, se pueden presentar presencialmente de acuerdo con lo que establece el apartado 5 b de esta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La solicitud se tiene que acompañar de la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Documentació administrativa común:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de identificación del representante (NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de identificación fiscal de la entidad (CIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escritura de constitución o modificación, de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento inscritos en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditación de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si fuera necesario en conformidad con sus estatutos, tienen que aportar certificado del acuerdo adoptado por el órgano de gobierno de la entidad para solicitar la ayuda y para designar representante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo II. Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal de no estar sometido a ninguna de las circunstancias que determinan la imposibilidad de obtener la condición de beneficiario o entidad colaboradora de las subvenciones públicas (art. 13.2 de la LGS). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Anexo III. Declaración responsable firmada por el solicitante o por su representante legal relativa a las subvenciones o ayudas obtenidas o solicitadas de otras instituciones públicas o privadas para realizar la misma actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de designación de cuenta bancaria de la persona beneficiaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificado donde conste que está al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social ante la Administración del Estado. Marcando la casilla correspondiente del anexo I, se puede autorizar al CIM a comprobar el cumplimiento de estas obligaciones. Cuando el importe de la subvención solicitada no supere los 3.000 €, la entidad solicitante podrá sustituir los mencionados certificados por una declaración responsable de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarías ante la Administración del Estado y con la Seguridad Social (art. 11 f TRLS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Documentación específica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Plan de actuaciones de las actividades que se pretenden subvencionar, con indicación del presupuesto de cada una, plazo de realización y características de cada actividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relación de parcelas e identificación catastral. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando ya conste en los archivos del CIM y se haga constar expresamente en la solicitud, se exime de presentar la documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de identificación del representante (NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de identificación fiscal de la entidad (CIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escritura de constitución o modificación de los estatutos o del reglamento interno de funcionamiento inscritos en el registro correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditación de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documento de designación de cuenta bancaria de la empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. De acuerdo con los art. 28.3, 28.7 y 53 c de la Ley de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas (LPACAP), las personas interesadas no tienen la obligación de presentar documentos originales, salvo que, excepcionalmente, la normativa reguladora aplicable exija lo contrario; en cualquier caso, son responsables de la veracidad de los documentos que presenten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cuando la relevancia de uno de los documentos aportados por la persona interesada lo exija, o existan dudas derivadas de la calidad de la copia, el CIM puede solicitar de manera motivada la autenticación de estas copias aportadas y requerir la exhibición del documento o de la información original (art. 28.5 de la LPACAP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Por el hecho de presentarse a esta convocatoria, la persona física o jurídica interesada presta al CIM los consentimientos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) A consultar y comprobar la veracidad de la documentación y de los datos presentados por la persona interesada que tengan en su poder otras administraciones públicas, principalmente mediante las plataformas de interoperabilidad, las redes corporativas u otros sistemas electrónicos habilitados a tal efecto y a los cuales el CIM tenga acceso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) A consultar la existencia y veracidad de la documentación y de los datos que eventualmente la persona interesada haya considerado oportuno no presentar acogiéndose al derecho de no hacerlo por el hecho de que hayan sido elaboradas por las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los mencionados consentimientos solo se considerarán otorgados cuando no conste en el expediente la oposición exprés a la mencionada consulta o cuando la ley especial que sea aplicable al caso requiera el consentimiento expreso, en este último caso será obligatorio que la Administración lo requiera y que la persona interesada lo preste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Las solicitudes y toda la documentación transcrita en los puntos precedentes 1 y 2, se tienen que presentar, dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria, de acuerdo con las indicaciones siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Por medios electrónicos, según lo que establece el art. 14.2 de la LPACAP, en el registro electrónico del CIM (www.cime.es) o en cualquier otro registro electrónico de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la mencionada ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Facultativamente, la pueden presentar presencialmente, de acuerdo con lo que establece el art. 14.1 de la LPACAP, las personas físicas, para preservar el derecho de comunicarse con la Administración pública también por medios no electrónicos, mediante el registro electrónico del CIM (en la sede del CIM de Maó y a las oficinas administrativas de Ciutadella) o en cualquier otro registro y lugar de los establecidos en el art. 16.4 de la mencionada LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si algún sujeto obligado a hacer la solicitud por medios electrónicos presenta la solicitud presencialmente, se le requerirá para que lo enmiende mediante su presentación electrónica; a estos efectos, y de acuerdo con lo que establece el art. 68.4 de la misma ley, se considerará como fecha de presentación de la solicitud aquella en que haya tenido lugar la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si la solicitud o la documentación fueran incorrectas o incompletas, el CIM requerirá la rectificación o el complemento necesarios. Si en el plazo de 10 días hábiles, contados desde el día siguiente al día que se reciba el requerimiento de enmienda de la solicitud, la persona interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha desistido en su petición en conformidad con el artículo 68 de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Determinación del importe de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las dos líneas de ayudas previstas en estas bases son incompatibles entre sí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La convocatoria tiene que establecer los importes globales máximos disponibles para cada línea, además de las cuantías máximas de las ayudas que los beneficiarios puedan solicitar en cada una de ellas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El porcentaje máximo de subvención es de un 80% del coste de las actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Criterios que se tendrán en cuenta para la concesión de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Si los totales solicitados por línea no agotan los créditos disponibles, las solicitudes se resolverán individualmente, según el porcentaje y el importe máximo fijados en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Si los totales solicitados por línea sobrepasan los créditos disponibles, las solicitudes se resolverán repartiendo los créditos asignados a cada línea proporcionalmente entre sus solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si es el caso, el crédito presupuestario sobrante de una línea revertirá en la otra.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Comisión evaluadora de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El objeto de esta comisión es examinar los expedientes relativos a las solicitudes de las ayudas, acompañados del oportuno informe de la instrucción, y emitir uno a partir del cual será formulada la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Cuando el importe global de los fondos públicos previstos en la convocatoria supere los 50.000 € o cuando el importe individual máximo de la subvención sobrepase los 7.000 €, este órgano colegiado tiene que constituirse obligatoriamente; en éste caso, estará integrado por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Presidente/a: el/la consejero/a ejecutivo/a competente en la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretario/a: un/a funcionario/a del departamento al cual se encuentra adscrita la materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocales: el/la director/a insular competente en la materia y tres técnicos del departamento referido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se entenderá válidamente constituida con la presencia de la presidencia y de la secretaría y de la mitad, al menos, de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Cuando no sea preceptiva su constitución, su existencia sólo será necesaria si se prevé expresamente en la resolución de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Procedimiento y órganos competentes para la concesión de las ayudas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Bajo los principios de objetividad, transparencia, igualdad, no-discriminación y publicidad, las ayudas se concederán mediante concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El expediente se iniciará con la aprobación de la convocatoria correspondiente. El texto de la convocatoria, y el resto de documentación que se requiera, se comunicará a la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS) y, en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la LGS, se publicará el extracto en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La instrucción corresponderá al técnico del Departamento de Economía y Servicios Generales que se señale en la convocatoria, que tendrá que realizar de oficio todas las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales tiene que dictarse resolución sobre la concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Toda solicitud que no cumpla los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria o en la que falte la documentación exigida, tiene que requerirse a su solicitante para rque, en un plazo de diez días hábiles, enmiende el defecto o aporte la documentación preceptiva con la advertencia que, si no lo hace, se le tendrá por desistido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Todas las solicitudes presentadas dentro del plazo establecido en la convocatoria se someterán al examen del instructor del expediente, o de la comisión evaluadora si es obligatoria la constitución, seleccionando los beneficiarios mediante concurso tal y como establece el artículo 17 del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Del informe resultante del mencionado examen emanará la correspondiente propuesta de resolución para que el/la consejero/a ejecutivo/a competente dicte resolución sobre la concesión o denegación de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Cuando la cuantía de la ayuda propuesta por el órgano instructor o la comisión evaluadora sea sustancialmente inferior a la solicitada, se podrá instar el beneficiario a reformular su solicitud para ajustar los compromisos y las condiciones de la subvención otorgable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. La resolución del expediente de otorgamiento de las subvenciones tiene que ser expresa y motivada, y tiene que fijar, con carácter definitivo, la cuantía específica de cada una de las subvenciones concedidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Si la subvención implica un gasto plurianual, la resolución de concesión tiene que determinar el número de ejercicios a que se aplicará el gasto y la cantidad máxima qué tiene que aplicarse a cada ejercicio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. El plazo máximo para dictar y notificar la resolución expresa de concesión de subvención será de seis meses contados desde el día que finalice el plazo de presentación de solicitudes. No obstante lo anterior, este plazo se podrá reducir si se establece expresamente en la convocatoria de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El silencio administrativo tendrá carácter desestimatorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. La resolución del expediente de concesión o denegación de las ayudas se remitirá a la BDNS en cumplimiento del art. 20.8 de la LGS y se publicará al BOIB, a efectos de notificación de acuerdo con el art. 45.1 b de la LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. La concesión de la ayuda se puede instrumentar mediante la formalización de un convenio de colaboración con la entidad beneficiaria donde se determinarán los derechos y las obligaciones de las partes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Abono de las ayudas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Las ayudas se abonarán cuando se haya justificado la realización de la actividad subvencionada según lo que establece la base 13. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Se harán efectivos en el plazo máximo de 60 días contados desde la justificación correcta y completa de la actividad y siempre que la disponibilidad de tesorería lo permita. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. No podrá hacerse el pago mientras la persona beneficiaria no se encuentre al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y ante la Seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Justificación de los gastos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La justificación de los gastos objeto de subvención se tienen que presentar junto con la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En conformidad con el artículo 75 del Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones (RLGS), las ayudas se justificarán mediante la aportación de una cuenta justificativa simplificada que contenga:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Memoria justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la convocatoria, con indicación de las actividades realizadas y de los resultados obtenidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Anexo IV. Relación nominativa de los gastos realizados y pagados y detalles de otros ingresos y subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad. Estos gastos tienen que ser facturas a nombre del beneficiario de la subvención, tienen que cumplir los requisitos y las formalidades legales y contar con los justificantes de pago bancario correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se admitirán pagos en efectivo hasta un máximo de 300 €. Para justificarlos, las facturas tienen que incorporar la acreditación del cobro por parte de su emisor o la persona responsable de la empresa con capacidad de cobro. A tal efecto tienen que quedar consignadas en la factura la fecha de cobro y la identificación, con indicación del nombre, NIF y firma del declarante del cobro de la factura y el sello de la empresa (este último es facultativo si el emisor es una persona física).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la fase de comprobación del gasto realizado se solicitará la presentación de los justificantes que se crean oportunos para obtener una evidencia razonable sobre la adecuada aplicación de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Son justificables los gastos asociados, directamente y de forma inequívoca con las acciones subvencionables relacionadas a las bases 4.1 c y 4.2 c.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. No son gastos subvencionables, y por tanto, no forman parte del presupuesto subvencionable: los de importe superior al precio de mercado; los intereses deudores; los recargos, las sanciones administrativas o los gastos de procedimientos judiciales; los impuestos; los seguros; los costes indirectos (suministros y comunicaciones); comidas, refrigerios o similares, y los gastos de personal, salvo el destinado a la vigilancia de los cotos o refugios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el servicio responsable pedirá al beneficiario que haga la rectificación oportuna en el plazo improrrogable de diez días hábiles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Si el gasto justificado excede del importe concedido, la posible desviación presupuestaria irá a cargo de la persona subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado se procederá a la reducción proporcional de la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El CIM podrá inspeccionar las actividades subvencionadas, sin perjuicio de las competencias que puedan corresponder, por normativa legal o reglamentaria, a otros organismos o instituciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Aceptación de las subvenciones y obligaciones de los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La subvención se entenderá aceptada tácitamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde la publicación en el BOIB de la resolución del expediente de concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aun así, las personas o entidades beneficiarias se obligan a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Hacer constar, de manera expresa, el apoyo del CIM a las acciones de difusión de las actividades subvencionadas, en caso de actuaciones que tengan lugar después de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Facilitar en cualquier momento la información que le solicite el CIM sobre las tareas que desarrollen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Realizar la actividad objeto de subvención y justificarla en las condiciones y los plazos estipulados en estas bases y en la resolución de concesión de las ayudas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Comunicar al CIM la solicitud y la obtención de subvenciones y ayudas para la misma finalidad, como también cualquier eventualidad que altere o que dificulte gravemente el desarrollo del proyecto subvencionado (en particular si se pueden derivar retrasos en la ejecución o si pueden afectar al coste total), y solicitar la autorización previa y expresa del CIM para hacer cualquier modificación sustancial del proyecto objeto de ayuda. Las solicitudes de modificación tienen que ser motivadas, tienen que formularse inmediatamente a la aparición de las circunstancias que la justifiquen y tienen que especificar las repercusiones presupuestarias que impliquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que efectúe el CIM y el resto de organismos competentes para la fiscalización de las cuentas públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Acreditar que se encuentran al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social cuando el CIM se lo solicite en caso de que no haya sido autorizado expresamente a consultar esta información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El incumplimiento de la obligación de justificación podrá motivar la incoación de un procedimiento sancionador y el responsable puede ser sancionado con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtener subvenciones en los términos previstos en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Revocación y reintegro de las ayudas. Criterios de graduación de posibles incumplimientos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de incumplimiento total o parcial de las obligaciones de los beneficiarios de estas ayudas, se iniciará el expediente de revocación y consiguiente reintegro de las ayudas según corresponda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cuanto a la revocación y el reintegro de las ayudas se aplicarán los art. 43 y 44 del TRLS y el resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que no sea procedente la revocación total de la ayuda concedida, se podrá aplicar un porcentaje de minoración en función de la naturaleza del mencionado incumplimiento. Este porcentaje tiene que fijarse con el informe previo de la instrucción y la notificación al beneficiario; en todo caso, tiene que valorarse el grado de incumplimiento, si incurren actuaciones dolosas o negligentes, y también si habido buena o mala fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria no justifique en plazo el importe de la concesión otorgada, se aminorará la subvención correctamente justificada en un 1% por día de retraso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si a la persona beneficiaria le corresponde y, no hace constar de manera expresa el apoyo del CIM según la base 14 a, el importe de la subvención correctamente justificada se aminorará también en un 1%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el caso de pagos anticipados, la persona beneficiaria tendrá que reintegrar las cantidades recibidas que hayan resultado indebidas más el interés de demora, el cual se contará desde el pago de la subvención, total o parcial, hasta la fecha de resolución mediante la cual se acuerde el reintegro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las cantidades a reintegrar tienen la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y se les puede aplicar la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La obligación de reintegro establecida en esta base es independiente de las sanciones que, en su caso, sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables depende de lo establecido en el título IV de la LGS y en el título V del TRLS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En conformidad con lo establecido en el art. 69 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares, los órganos competentes para imponer las sanciones en caso de infringir estas bases o la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones, son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la consejero/a ejecutivo/a, si son leves o graves.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo para el caso de las de carácter muy grave.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Otras disposiciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Recursos administrativos: los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo por los cuales se aprueban las bases y las convocatorias no agotan la vía administrativa y son susceptibles de recibir recurso de alzada ante el Pleno del CIM. Por otro lado, las resoluciones de los consejeros ejecutivos por las cuales se conceden y deniegan las ayudas no agotan la vía administrativa y son recurribles en alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Normativa general aplicable: en todo aquello no previsto expresamente en estas bases rigen las disposiciones que sean aplicables al CIM en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Reglamento de la Ley general de subvenciones (Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decreto Ley 4/2022 de 30 de marzo, por el cual se adoptan medidas extraordinarias y urgentes para paliar la crisis económica y social producida por los efectos de la guerra en Ucrania.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ley 4/2022, de 4 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra este acuerdo – que no agota la vía administrativa – puede interponerse un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno, por delegación del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca (Acuerdo de 31-7-2023, BOIB núm. 109 de 5-8-2023), en el plazo de un mes contador desde el día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses desde su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo puede interponerse recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo contencioso-administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
