&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Expediente núm.:&lt;/strong&gt; 652/2023&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Procedimiento:&lt;/strong&gt; Delegación de Competencias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE ALCALDIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;ANGELINA PÉREZ SÁNCHEZ, Alcaldesa-Presidenta del Ayuntamiento de Lloseta, dada mi ausencia del término municipal los días comprendidos entre el 27 de noviembre y 2 de diciembre de 2023, ambos inclusive, al amparo de lo establecido en el artículo 44 y 47 del Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento de las Entidades Locales de 28 de noviembre de 1986,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Delegar la totalidad de las funciones de la Alcaldía en el primer Teniente Alcalde, Sr. Javier González Bordás, en las fechas antes citadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta al Pleno de este Decreto en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Remitir este Decreto al BOIB para su publicidad de acuerdo con el art. 44.2 del Reglamento de Organización y Funcionamiento de las Entidades Locales, de 28 de noviembre de 1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
