CAIB 2023-11-25 58661 40 CAIB es es text/html 2023-11-25 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 19.10.23, acordó la aprobación inicial del expediente del Patronato Municipal del Hospital de modificación de créditos número 4.2023, en la modalidad de suplemento de crédito y crédito extraordinario.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En cumplimiento del artículo 169.1, por remisión del 179.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, no habiéndose presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, ha quedado automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial de este Ayuntamiento, adoptado en fecha 19.10.23 sobre la modificación de créditos número 4.2022 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de suplemento de crédito y crédito extraordinario financiado con remanente líquido de tesorería, tal como sigue a continuación:</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
