font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>2.</em></em><em><em>Con fecha de 1 de marzo de 2016 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 28, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2016 de las ayudas destinadas al Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica. </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%"><em><em>3.Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de elegibilidad de la convocatoria, se ha comprobado que para los interesados señalados en el anexo I adjunto, el importe pagado difiere del importe autorizado para la campaña y concesión, de ahí que se realice la propuesta provisional de revocación tal y como se explica en el anexo I, publicada en la página web del FOGAIBA el día 9 de octubre de 2023 . </em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
