&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de la presunción establecida en el artículo 169.1, en relación con el artículo 177.2, del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, ha sido elevada a definitiva la &lt;strong&gt;modificación de crédito 12-2023&lt;/strong&gt;, de suplemento de crédito financiado con bajas de créditos del presupuesto vigente, mayores ingresos efectivamente recaudados y remanente de tesorería para gastos generales, aprobada inicialmente por acuerdo del pleno del ayuntamiento en sesión de 26 de octubre de 2023 (BOIB nº 147, de 28.10 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
