    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Muro, mediante la Concejalía de Comercio, convoca la V edición del Concurso de escaparates, con el fin de impulsar la animación comercial y crear un ambiente festivo que dé una buena imagen comercial a todos sus vecinos y visitantes. Las presentes bases contienen los requisitos que deberán cumplir los comercios que participan en el V Concurso de Escaparates.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Participantes: &lt;/strong&gt;El Concurso de Escaparates para establecimientos comerciales tendrá un ámbito geográfico circunscrito al municipio de Muro.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Convocatoria:&lt;/strong&gt; Desde la fecha de aprobación de estas bases por la Junta de Gobierno local hasta el día 30 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Temática:&lt;/strong&gt; "Navidad".&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Duración:&lt;/strong&gt; los escaparates deberán estar guarnecidos del día 1 de diciembre al 8 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Presentación de solicitudes: &lt;/strong&gt;Sede electrónica&amp;nbsp; del Ayuntamiento de Muro.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Al momento de la inscripción se adjuntará el identificativo del concurso de escaparates.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/strong&gt; Desde la publicación de la convocatoria hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Objeto:&lt;/strong&gt; Pueden adornar los escaparates los comercios, del día 1 de diciembre al 8 de enero de 2024.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Jurado:&lt;/strong&gt; Designado por el Área de Comercio, integrado por un máximo de 3 expertos en el sector del comercio. La composición del Jurado podrá modificarse si existen causas justificadas para ello. El jurado se basará en la Originalidad, Impacto comercial, la Calidad artística, iluminación, el respeto por el medio ambiente y el tema "Vive Navidad en Muro". Este jurado ejercitará la valoración, lo justificará documentalmente mediante acta firmada por sus integrantes, el día 11 de diciembre. Asimismo, el Ayuntamiento de Muro dará publicidad del concurso e incluirá las imágenes de los escaparates premiados en las páginas web municipales: www.ajmuro.net, facebook, instagram y la BDNS.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Visita: Se efectuará: &lt;/strong&gt;entre los días 1 y 8 de diciembre de 2023 durante el atardecer de 18:00 h de la tarde a las 20:00 h de la noche. Los escaparates deberán estar visibles durante el horario de visita. Los establecimientos que no tengan escaparates visibles dentro del horario de visita, no serán considerados para la concesión de los premios. Los establecimientos que el día de la visita no tengan decorado el escaparate tampoco serán evaluados por el jurado. La visita del jurado al establecimiento es única, y se hará según de plazo la organización, dentro de los plazos y horarios fijados por las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Fallo del jurado:&lt;/strong&gt; Las deliberaciones del jurado serán secretas e inapelables. Así mismo si este lo creyera oportuno, podrá declarar desierta la concesión de algún premio. Cualquier cuestión que surja no prevista en estas bases será resuelta la organización y debe ser aceptada por los participantes obligatoriamente.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Requisitos de los beneficiarios:&lt;/strong&gt; Para tener la condición de beneficiario, estos tendrán que encontrarse al corriente de sus obligaciones tributarias y de Seguridad Social, así como con el Ayuntamiento de Muro, y no concurrir alguna de las circunstancias de los artículos 13.2 y 13.3 de la LGS.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;La no concurrencia de estas circunstancias se puede acreditar mediante la presentación de una declaración responsable ante el Ayuntamiento de Muro. En caso de no presentar esta declaración deberá autorizar al Ayuntamiento de Muro para poder comprobar estos datos.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. Aplicación presupuestaria: &lt;/strong&gt;dotación presupuestaria de 600 €. Partida presupuestaria 4300.48212 presupuesto 2023. Plazo resolución: 10 de enero de 2024. La resolución pone fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. Publicidad: &lt;/strong&gt;Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y www.ajmuro.net&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. Procedimiento: &lt;/strong&gt;concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;15. Órgano de resolución: &lt;/strong&gt;El órgano competente para la ordenación, instrucción es la Concejalía de Comercio y Mercado Municipal, y el órgano competente para la resolución es la Junta de Gobierno Local&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. Pago:&lt;/strong&gt; transferencia bancaria, una vez realizada la resolución por la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
