2023-11-23 58266 734358 CAIB es text/html 130 es 2023-11-23 58263 2023-11-20 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Visto el acuerdo de pleno de día 17 de noviembre de 2023 y al no haberse presentado reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda aprobado de forma definitiva por unanimidad del pleno de la mancomunidad el acuerdo plenario provisional de modificación de los precios públicos para el suministro de agua y alcantarillado, cuyo texto se hace público, para su general conocimiento y en cumplimiento del artículo 17.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">“ (...)</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Artículo 6.- Tarifas del Servicio</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.1. La cuantía de la contraprestación se facturará por la entidad suministradora por aplicación de las tarifas vigentes en cada momento, siendo los conceptos aplicables para la determinación del importe a satisfacer, los siguientes:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por el servicio de suministro:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Cuota de servicio: cuota fija que se abona periódicamente en concepto de disponibilidad inmediata y acceso permanente al servicio del agua.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Cuota de consumo: cuota variable que se abona periódicamente en función del consumo de agua realizado durante el período, entendido éste como el número de metros cúbicos de agua medidos en contador o, en su de ahora, estimados a partir de procedimientos técnicamente aceptables.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para el servicio de alcantarillado la cuota exigible estará constituida únicamente por la cuota de servicio, con sentido análogo a la del servicio de abastecimiento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.2. Sobre la cuota resultante se aplicarán los impuestos indirectos que fijan las leyes en cada momento, en la forma y condiciones que éstas establezcan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">6.3. Tipología de usos a efectos de aplicación de las tarifas.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) Uso general. Se consideran en este grupo todas las clases de suministro definidas en el artículo 6 que tienen lugar en suelo urbano.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) Suelo rústico. Servicio de suministro de agua potable</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las cuotas de contratación del servicio de suministro de agua potable incluyen, en todos los casos, alta, derechos de acometida, montaje de contador y piezas necesarias para el mismo. No incluyen, en ningún caso, la ejecución de obras, regata, acometida, arqueta ni puerta del contador.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los siguientes precios no incluyen el IVA, que será aplicable según el tipo vigente en cada momento.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
