    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 16 de noviembre de 2023, el Presidente del Consejo Insular de Ibiza dictó el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“En el BOIB núm. 88, de 29 de junio de 2023, se publicó el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2023000472, de fecha 28 de junio de 2023, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dada la ausencia del Presidente desde el día 18 hasta el 26 de noviembre de 2023 (ambos incluidos) , de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 25.1 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consejos Insulares y el artículo 55.1 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;DISPONE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. Designar para la sustitución temporal del Presidente a la Sra. Sara Ramón Roselló, vicepresidenta 2a y consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Cultura, Educación y Patrimonio, los días 18 y 19 de noviembre de 2023 y al Sr. Mariano Juan Colomar, vicepresidente 1º y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Territorio, Ordenación Turística, Movilidad, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo, desde el día 20 hasta el 26 de noviembre de 2023 (ambos incluidos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. Publicar este decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
