    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que mediante Decreto de Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Ibiza nú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2023000919, de 15 de noviembre de 2023, se ha resuelto l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; MODIFICAR el Decreto de Presidencia nú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2021000329, de 23/04/2021, s&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;lo en cuanto a la designación de las personas titulares que h&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;an de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; ocupar la Presidencia y la Secretaría de la Junta Arbitral de Transportes del Consejo Insular de Ibiza, manteniendo el resto de los miembros que la componen, según se indica a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Designar, como presidente titular, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l señor Agustín Goerlich López, licenciado en Derecho, Jefe de Servicio adscrito a la Junta Arbitral de Transportes, dejando sin efecto la designación efectuada a la Sra. Rosalía Moreno Marí por el Decreto de Presidencia nú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2021000329, de 23/04/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Designar, como secretaria titular, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;la señora Maria José Moya Yern, dejando sin efecto la designación efectuada a la Sra. Susana Hernández Cardona por el Decreto de Presidencia nú&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;m.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; 2021000329, de 23/04/2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; PUBLICAR el Decreto que se dicte e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;n e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;l Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) al amparo de l&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; que dispone el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, con carácter previo a su preceptiva publicación en el Boletín Oficial del Estado, que será la determinante a efectos de su notificación a las partes interesadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
