    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Sr. alcalde-presidente de este Ayuntamiento, con fecha 13 de noviembre de 2023, dictó la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA N.º 911 de fecha 13 de noviembre de 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NOMBRAMIENTOS TENIENTES DE ALCALDE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;​En conformidad con las facultades y atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 56 del Reglamento Orgánico Municipal, artículos 46 y 47 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, artículo 20 de la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local, y, artículo 22 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y, demás normativa de aplicación; por Decreto de Alcaldía nº 513/2023, de 23 de junio, se nombraron los y las tenientes de alcalde.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Por motivos de conveniencia y agilidad, resulta necesario modificar el anterior decreto; por lo cual, se dicta la siguiente RESOLUCIÓN:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; Nombrar los siguientes regidores, miembros de la Junta de Gobierno Local, como tenientes alcalde con este orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1º Teniente Alcalde. - Sr. JOSEP MARIA PONS MOREY&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2º Teniente Alcalde.- Sr. FRANCISCO MOYA POL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3º Teniente Alcalde.- Sra. MARGARITA VACHIANO POL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4º Teniente Alcalde.- Sra. CATALINA CARMEN CORTES JAEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. - Dejar sin efectos el Decreto de Alcaldía nº 513/2023, de 23 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. -&lt;/strong&gt; De la presente Resolución se dará conocimiento al Pleno en la primera sesión ordinaria que celebre; se notificará a la persona designada y a cesada; y se publicará en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde el día siguiente al de la presente resolución, conforme se indica en el artículo 52.4 del RD 2568/1986.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. alcalde, a la fecha de la firma electrónica, y, lo firma la secretaria-acctal. a los solos efectos de dar fe. Binissalem, el alcalde, firmado y sellado.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo que se hace público por general conocimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
