&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 13 de noviembre el Concejal de Deportes ha dictado la resolución &amp;nbsp;que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;“Decreto del Concejal de Deportes por el que se conceden ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;El 7 de septiembre de 2023 se publicó en el BOIB número 124 la Resolución del Concejal de Deportes de 4 de septiembre por la cual se convocaban ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;En fecha 5 de octubre del año 2023 acababa el plazo de presentación de solicitudes a esta convocatoria. De las seis solicitudes presentadas, una vez que se han revisado sólo dos de ellas cumple con todos los requisitos y se han cumplimentado de forma correcta. El resto, las otras cuatro, no cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria, por lo que no pueden ser objeto de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;La ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre y el reglamento que la desarrolla aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas baleares (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;El Decreto del Concejal de Deportes de 4 de septiembre de 2023 por el cual se convocan ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2023-2024 (BOIB número 124, de 7 de septiembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;El artículo 6 y 15 de la Ordenanza General núm. 15, reguladora de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Ses salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 de agosto de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.&amp;nbsp;Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Autorizar, disponer, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago de las ayudas económicas que se especifican en el anexo 1 en concepto de subvenciones para la promoción de los deportistas locales 2023-2024, por un importe de 250 € (doscientos cincuenta euros) cada una de ellas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 341.481.01 del presupuesto de gastos del año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes de las personas relacionadas en el anexo 1 cumplen con los requisitos establecidos y han presentado la documentación completa que se exigía en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Denegar la ayuda económica objeto de esta convocatoria, a aquellas personas que se relacionan en el anexo II, ya que no se han obtenido ni los resultados mínimos a nivel de competición para poder otorgar ningún tipo de puntuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Publicar la presente Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines (www.ajsessalines.net).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano administrativo que dictó el acto, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También se puede interponer directamente un contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de 2 meses, desde el día siguiente a la publicación (art. 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa). Sin perjuicio que pueda ejercitar cualquier otro recurso que estime procedente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Ses Salines, en la fecha de la firma electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
