    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de EMAYA, Empresa Municipal d'Aigües i Clavegueram, S.A. de fecha 19 de mayo de 2022, se aprobó la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para la estabilización del empleo temporal y ésta se publicó en el BOIB Núm. 67 de 24 de mayo de 2022, y sus posteriores modificaciones, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en la Ley 20/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de medidas urgentes para la reducción de la temporalidad en el empleo público y en la Ley 22/2021, de 28 de diciembre, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2022 (y anteriores ejercicios).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Nombramiento de las personas ganadoras de las plazas por concurso o concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por acuerdo del Consejo de Administración de EMAYA, Empresa Municipal d'Aigües i Clavegueram, S.A. de fecha 7 de noviembre de 2023, se aprueba publicar el listado de personas ganadoras de las plazas, cuyos procesos selectivos han finalizado, en el Anexo I de esta publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Toma de posesión de la plaza&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1 La toma de posesión, constituye el último paso obligado para la adquisición de la condición de personal laboral fijo, en la plaza adjudicada por concurso o concurso oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2 La toma de posesión se realizará telemáticamente. Cada persona recibirá por correo electrónico el documento de toma de posesión, en un período no superior a 15 días naturales desde la publicación de la adjudicación de la plaza y deberá firmarlo, para que éste sea válido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.3 La toma de posesión se hará efectiva el día 1 del mes siguiente a la publicación, siempre que haya sido aceptada y firmada por la persona ganadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.4 La no aceptación de la toma de posesión implicará la renuncia a la plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
