&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto que en el momento de la publicación de la resolución no constaba Jefe de promoción turística del Consell Insular de Formentera. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En vista de la actualización de la plantilla de personal eventual para el mandato 2023-2027 publicada en el BOIB núm. 150 de 4 de noviembre de 2023 en la cual se incluye la figura de Gerente de Promoción Turística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto que el día 31 de octubre de 2023, con NRGE 2023/29211, se presenta escrito por parte de la Asociación de Bares, Restaurantes y Ocio nocturno (ABRO) mediante el cual se designa como miembro titular a D. Franco Chimirri y suplente a Dª. Jessica Juan Moreno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Visto que el día 7 de noviembre de 2023, con NRGE 2023/29803 se presenta escrito por parte del grupo político PSIB-PSOE Formentera, mediante el cual se designa como miembro titular a Dª. Ana Juan Torres y suplente a D. Antonio Sanz Igual. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Con la conformidad del Secretario del Consell Insular de Formentera, a la espera de aprobar el nuevo Reglamento Orgánico que incorpore esta comisión o contemple un Reglamento aparte, conforme la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de Consells Insulars, disposición transitoria 4rta, apartado 1 y 2: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Disposición transitoria cuarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Normativa de aplicación hasta la aprobación del nuevo reglamento orgánico&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mientras el Consell Insular no apruebe el reglamento orgánico que debe desarrollar lo dispuesto en esta ley, regirán las disposiciones de la misma como si no se refirieran a la aprobación del reglamento orgánico. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;De forma supletoria y en lo que no contradiga el contenido de esta ley, según lo que se establece en el apartado anterior de la presente disposición, estará en vigor el reglamento orgánico válido a la entrada en vigor de la presente ley. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESUELTO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Leonardo Metastasio en su condición de &lt;strong&gt;Gerente de Promoción Turística&lt;/strong&gt; del Consell Insular de Formentera, para la sección de Promoción Turística. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- NOMBRAR &lt;/strong&gt;como miembros permanentes de la Comisión de Ordenación y Promoción Turística a los siguientes &lt;strong&gt;representantes del grupo político PSIB-PSOE Formentera&lt;/strong&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;PUBLICAR el presente acuerdo en el BOIB &lt;/strong&gt;y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera, para el general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
