    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La alcaldesa de la corporación en fecha 19 de septiembre de 2023 dictó el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«RESUELVO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar las competencias delegadas a la junta de gobierno, quedando sus atribuciones de la siguiente forma:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Concesión o denegación de las licencias urbanísticas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La aprobación de proyectos de obra y de servicios donde el presupuesto de las obras supere los 40.000 euros (IVA EXCLUIDO).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La aprobación de proyectos de obras y de servicios cuando sea competencia del Plenario su aprobación aunque no esten previstos en los presupuestos (de acuerdo con el artículo 22.2 ñ en relación al 22.4 de la Ley reguladora de bases de régimen local. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que se realice. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar a las personas interesadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt; Publicarlo en el BOIB, sin perjuicio de su efectividad des de mañana, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 44.2 del ROF.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
