    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Por acuerdo de día 23 de mayo de 2023, la Comisión Insular de Patrimonio Histórico del Consell de Mallorca acordó la incoación del expediente de referencia. Este acuerdo se publicó en el BOIB núm. 73 de 3 de junio de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Efectuado el resto de trámites legales, y en ejecución de lo dispuesto en el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 12/1998, de 21 de diciembre del Patrimonio Histórico de las Illes Balears, se abre período de información pública de un mes, contado a partir de la fecha de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Los interesados ​​podrán solicitar información sobre el citado expediente en el Servicio del Patrimonio Histórico del Consejo de Mallorca (Plaza del Hospital, 4, 07012 de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
