&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Mediante el decreto de la concejala de Hacienda, Función Pública y Gobierno Interior núm. 17.307, de fecha 25 de septiembre de 2023 - publicado en el BOIB número 137, de fecha 7 de octubre de 2023 - se nombró funcionaria de carrera a Dª. Alicia Beltran Lloret como Educador/a Social del Ayuntamiento de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error, en el número de documento nacional de identidad de Dª. Alicia Beltran Lloret .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre , del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas , establece que “las Administraciones Públicas podrán, así mismo , rectificar en cualquier momento , de oficio oa instancia de los interesados , los errores materiales , de hecho o aritméticas existentes a los sedes actos .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
