&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES REGULADORAS Y CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS A FAMILIAS CON HIJOS/AS CON DISCAPACIDAD A SU CARGO 2023&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.- Objeto de la convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se realiza con la finalidad de regular la concesión de ayudas económicas en régimen de concurrencia competitiva que concederá el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola durante el año 2023 destinadas a familias con hijos/as con discapacidad a su cargo con gastos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- De calibre educativo, ocupacional, asistencial o re-habilitador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- De transporte para acceder al servicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se regirá por lo que estable de las Bases de ejecución del Presupuesto General de esta corporación para el año 2023, y en aquello no previsto en estas, se aplicará supletóriamente la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda.- Destinatarios de la Convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pueden solicitar una ayuda en el marco de esta convocatoria los familias que cumplan con los siguientes requisitos: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vivir y estar empadronados en el Municipio de Bunyola de manera continuada durante el último año, la persona solicitante de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Dentro de la unidad de convivencia, haber-* uno de los miembros calificado con un grado de minusvalía igual o superior al 33%, además estar atendido a uno centre educativo, ocupacional, asistencial o re-habilitador. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera.- Dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El crédito asignado a la presente convocatoria es de ONCE MIL EUROS (11.000,00 €) a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 2310.48000 del vigente Presupuesto General por el año 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarta.- Cuantía de la subvención.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía de la subvención se determinará basándose en la puntuación obtenida, de acuerdo con los criterios de valoración establecidos en la base quinta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La ayuda máxima a recibir por familias es de 850 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En concepto de transporte se contempla una ayuda máxima de 500 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinta.- Procedimiento y criterios para la concesión de las subvenciones. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Toda información que no se acredite documentalmente no se podrá tener en cuenta, y la misma debe estar en vigor. Su recuento será de 0 puntos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Presentación de documentos y tramitación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1.- Las familias interesadas tendrán que presentar documentación siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Certificado de minusvalía, en vigor, expedido por el organismo oficial pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Libro de familia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.- DNI de los padres o tutor/a y de los/de las hijos/se, o persona tutelada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.- Tarjeta de la Seguridad Social del solicitante y de la persona beneficiaría de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.- Fotocopia completa de la última declaración de Renta o certificado de estar exento, nómina y/o cualquier otro documento que acredite los ingresos familiares, de todas las persones adultas en edad laboral con vínculo familiar, (mayores de 18 años), con la persona afectada de discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.-1. Si en el domicilio hay personas mayores de 18 que estudian y no trabajan certificado del centro escolar donde acuden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5.-2 Si están en edad laboral y ni estudian, ni trabajan, informo de vida laboral, certificado negativo de la seguridad social y certificado negativo del SOIB de la persona. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6.-Instancia formulando la petición que será presentada, en el plazo de la convocatoria, al Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola .Las solicitudes pueden presentarse de lunes a viernes, de 9:00h a 14:00h, en el Registro General de la corporación,o mediante cualquier de las formas previstas en la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7.- En el supuesto de percibir otro tipo de ayuda, documentación acreditativa de la misma, y si no se recibe ninguno, declaración jurada en este sentido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8.- Certificado como mientras la persona está atendida en un Centro educativo, ocupacional uno asistencial durante todo el año en curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el caso de pedir ayuda por transporte, para acceder al servicio de rehabilitación, prescripción facultativa que indica el tratamiento, y duración del mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;9.- Libro de familia numerosa en vigor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;10.- Recibos catastral (si es el caso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;11.- Certificado de convivencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;12.- Número de cuenta bancario (con IBAN) del solicitante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;13.- Justificación de los gastos realizados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si se solicitó la ayuda en el 2022, y los documentos continúan vigentes, no hay que presentar, solo autorizar en el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, los datos del expediente del año anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La documentación, que no habría que presentar seria; punto 1, punto 2, punto 3, punto 4, punto 9, punto 11. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2.- Presentación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de quince días naturales a contar del día siguiente de la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de los Islas Baleares, al tablón de edictos y en la web del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con la documentación que las acompañe, se presentarán en el Registro General de la Corporación o en cualquier de las formas previstas en la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y procedimiento administrativo común. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta.- Abono de la subvención&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago se efectuará mediante transferencia bancaria, a la cuenta que se designe a la solicitud de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención se realizará una vez justificada el gasto por parte de la familia solicitante. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptima.- Obligaciones de los/as beneficiarios/as&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los/las perceptores/se de las subvenciones están obligados a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a) Aceptar la subvención. En el supuesto de que esto no sea posible tendrán que renunciar expresamente y motivadamente, en el plazo de cinco días contados a partir del día siguiente a la notificación de la concesión de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;b) Realizar el gasto por el cual se conceda la subvención, ajustándose a los términos previstos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c) Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y a facilitar la información que se requiera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Comunicar en el Ayuntamiento la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad, procedentes otras administraciones, entidades públicas o privadas nacionales o internacionales. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava.- Órgano instructor&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El/la trabajador/a social de este Ayuntamiento es la encargada de instruir el procedimiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde al órgano instructor llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para comprobar y determinar los datos en virtud de los cuales tenga que pronunciarse la resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Novena.- Comisión de Evaluación Técnica&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 22 de la Ley 38/2003, se constituye la Comisión Evaluadora que tiene que estudiar y comprobar todas las solicitudes presentadas, y tiene que emitir el informe que sirve de base en el órgano instructor para elaborar la propuesta de resolución correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Estará integrada por los miembros siguientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El/la Alcalde/sano&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El/la Regidor/a de Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Uno/a técnico/a de Servicios Sociales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El interventor/a o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El/la secretario/a o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora elevará a la Junta de Gobierno Local la propuesta de otorgamiento de las subvenciones para su aprobación definitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima.- Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención objeto de la presente convocatoria se iniciará de oficio, mediante acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno Local que aprobará simultáneamente las bases y la convocatoria que serán después publicadas en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada en un plazo máximo de diez días, que se publicará en el web del Ayuntamiento, y después se abrirá un plazo de diez días para presentar alegaciones. Se tendrá que especificar que de la información que tiene en su poder se desprende que los beneficiarios cumplen todos los requisitos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si no se presentan alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá carácter de definitiva. Si se presentan, después de que los interesados las hayan examinado el órgano instructor formulará la propuesta de resolución definitiva, que tendrá que expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes para los cuales se propone la concesión de la subvención y su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en el web del Ayuntamiento y se otorgará un plazo de cinco días a los beneficiarios para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de este plazo no se expresa el contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez formulada la propuesta de resolución definitiva. La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en el web del Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Undécima.- Justificación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se podrá realizar ningún pago si no se acredita de manera fehaciente el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos a las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el gasto justificado es inferior al importe del presupuesto solicitado y subvencionado, se procederá a la reducción proporcional de la subvención o ayuda económica concedida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se rendirá cuenta justificativa, que tendrá que incluir justificantes de gasto o cualquier documento, válido jurídicamente, que permita acreditar el cumplimiento del objeto de la subvención pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos se tienen que justificar con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia para compulsar. Si se tienen que devolver las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición del interesado, se tiene que reflejar con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de los/de las interesados/des y con su NIF, tienen que expresar claramente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Fecha de emisión, que tendrá que corresponder al ejercicio 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Datos fiscales (nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora y de la entidad pagadora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Número de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Concepto detallado por el cual se expide, que tendrá que ser suficientemente claro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Importe, desglosando la parte que corresponde al IVA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA se tiene que mencionar a la factura. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Doceava -Supuestos de revocación de las ayudas y reintegro de las mismas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procedimiento de reintegro se regirá por el que dispone el artículo 42 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de Noviembre, General de Subvenciones, siente el Órgano competente para exigir el reintegro el mismo Órgano concedente de la subvención, mediante la resolución del procedimiento regulado a la mencionada Ley.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Declaración de la Renta o certificado de estar exento, nóminas del año en curso y/o cualquier otro documento acreditativo de los ingresos familiares, de todas las personas adultas en edad laboral (mayores de 16 años) con vínculo familiar con la persona de discapacidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ) Si en el domicilio hay personas mayores de 16 años que estudian y no trabajan, certificado del centro escolar donde acuden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Si en el domicilio hay personas en edad laboral que no estudian ni trabajan, informe de la vida laboral, certificado negativo de la Seguridad Social y certificado negativo del SOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;) Certificado como mientras la persona beneficiaria está atendida en un centro educativo, ocupacional o asistencial, durante todo el año en curso o curso escolar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ) Recibos catastrales (si es el caso).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#202124"&gt;(&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; ) Justificación de los gastos realizados durante el año.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
