    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Asociación GALP Mallorca con CIF G44708055 y domicilio en el Carrer Guillem Bujosa Rosselló, 1ºA de Santa Maria del Camí C.P. 07320, reunida en Asamblea General Extraordinaria en fecha 31 de octubre de 2023, acordó por unanimidad, al amparo del artículo 15.6 o) de los estatutos sociales, aprobar el Plan de Cuotas de la entidad con el siguiente articulado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Las cuotas tendrán periodicidad anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El ámbito subjetivo del presente plan de cuotas engloba a les corporaciones municipales e insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los socios de naturaleza privada y asociativa no están sujetos a la contribución de cuotas de socios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; El ámbito objetivo es la contribución al funcionamiento de la entidad para su viabilidad y gobernanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Las cuotas son progresivas por tramos de población censada en función del certificado emitido por el Instituto Nacional de Estadística en fecha 1 de enero del ejercicio en cuestión. Los tramos se detallan a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Municipios de &amp;lt; 5.000 habitantes: &lt;/strong&gt;2.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Municipios entre 5.000 y 10.000 habitantes: &lt;/strong&gt;5.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Municipios entre 10.001 habitantes y 20.000 habitantes: &lt;/strong&gt;7.500€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Municipios entre 20.001 habitantes y 30.000 habitantes:&lt;/strong&gt; 10.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Municipios &amp;gt; 30.000 habitantes: &lt;/strong&gt;15.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Corporaciones supramunicipales e insulares: &lt;/strong&gt;21.000€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;El presente plan de cuotas será exigible a todos los socios miembros según su naturaleza jurídica, con independencia de la fecha de obtención de la condición de socios. El importe no se prorrateará ni caducará el derecho exigible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
