    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por Resolución de esta Alcaldía de día 3 de noviembre de 2023, se ha dictado lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedentes &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Vista la convocatoria del proceso de estabilización por el sistema concurso de méritos para la cobertura de tres (3) plazas de personal laboral categoría titulado universitario grado medio, clase enfermero/a, nivel II del Convenio colectivo, las bases de las cuales se publicaron &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; BOIB n.º 154 de 26 de noviembre de 2022 y el anuncio de la cual se publicó &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;en el&lt;/span&gt; BOE n.º 304 de 20 de diciembre de 2022. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/strong&gt;Visto el Decreto 2023004171 de día &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5&lt;/span&gt; de octubre de 2023 en el cual se establece que las Sras. Gisela Ramis Janer, Maria Jaume Miralles i Sonia Medialdea Lorenzo han superado el proceso selectivo del concurso extraordinario de méritos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Visto el anuncio de valoración de las alegaciones presentadas y aprobación de la lista definitiva, realizado por el Tribunal el día 2 de octubre de 2023 y publicado el día 2 de octubre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En consecuencia, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Ordenar la contratación de las Sras.:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sonia Medialdea Lorenzo &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;con&lt;/span&gt; DNI **1038***&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Como personal laboral fijo titulado universitario grado medio, clase enfermero/a, nivel II del Convenio colectivo, derivadas de la Oferta de Ocupación Pública del Patronato de la Residencia de personas mayores de Llucmajor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Requerir a las Sras. Gisela Ramis Janer, Maria Jaume Miralles y Sonia Medialdea Lorenzo, para que firmen contrato en el plazo máximo de tres días hábiles, contadores a partir del día siguiente a la publicación de esta Resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.-&lt;/strong&gt; Dar traslado de esta Resolución al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, así como a la Unidad de Recursos Humanos por su conocimiento y efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución los interesados podrán interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar del día siguiente de la publicación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;También podrán interponer alternativamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-administrativo con sede en Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 30, 112.3 y 114.1 c) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y 8, 10 y 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En caso de optar por interponer el recurso de reposición, no se podrá interponer un recurso contencioso-administrativo hasta que se haya notificado la resolución expresa del recurso de reposición o haya transcurrido un mes desde su interposición sin haber recibido la notificación, fecha en que se podrá entender desestimado por silencio administrativo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Todo &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ello&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt; sin perjuicio de que puedan interponer cualquier otro recurso que estimen oportuno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
