    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado 8.4. de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 26 de febrero de 2016 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de las ayudas, para el fomento de la producción integrada, para el año 2016 especifica que la resolución expresa se notificará a las personas interesadas mediante su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de acuerdo con los términos que prevé el artículo 45.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los expedientes han sido tramitados por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, en fecha 18 de octubre de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Con fecha 26 de febrero de 2015, se publicó en el BOIB núm. 29 la Orden del consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las base reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Illes Balears 2014- 2020. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha de 1 de marzo de 2016 se publicó, en el BOIB núm. 28, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2016 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.Co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 28 de julio de 2016, se publica en el BOIB núm. 95 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA por la que se modifican los créditos y las cofinanciaciones de diversas convocatorias de subvenciones del FOGAIBA, correspondientes a las medidas contempladas en el Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Illes Balears 2014-2020&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la mencionada Resolución y la orden AAA/726/2016 de 13 de mayo, publicado en el BOE núm.117 del 14/05/2016, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes de la convocatoria terminó el día 15/06/2016, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 213 solicitudes de ayuda. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.Con fecha 19 de diciembre de 2017, se publica en el BOIB 155 la Resolución del presidente del FOGAIBA de 14 de diciembre de 2017, por la que se modifica la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA ) de 26 de febrero de 2016, por la que se aprueba la convocatoria para el año 2016 de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la producción integrada. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural concedieron durante el año 2018 la ayuda al fomento de producción integrada 2016 en diferentes listados y publicados en distintas fechas en el BOIB, ver Anexo I. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;17.Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
