&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d) Importe de adjudicación: La modificación no altera el equilibrio económico del contrato según establece la cláusula 30 del PCAP ni existe derecho en compensación económica diferente al compromiso de gasto de reajuste de precios unitarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El incremento del coste anual del servicio de limpieza y playas del TM Ibiza es de 187.426,24 € (IVA excluido) para el séptimo año del contrato y resto de años siguientes, lo que supone un modificado propuesto de 2,28% del precio del contrato para el séptimo año ofertado por el concesionario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El precio unitario del servicio de limpieza aumenta hasta 2,89 € y se aplicará a partir de la firma del acta de recepción de obra de reposición parcial de contenedores soterrados, del nuevo vehículo y papeleras y adscripción del nuevo personal y a más tardar seis meses después de la formalización de la modificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Con la aprobación del séptimo modificado se alcanza el 15,8% del 20% máximo en relación al total de ingressos, sin IVA, para los diez años de duración del contrato, según&amp;nbsp; la oferta y los artículos 87 y 106 del RD legislativo 3/2011.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
