    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Finalizado el período de exposición al público y al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo de la Junta Vecinal de fecha 15 de septiembre de 2023, sobre el expediente de modificación de crédito núm. 13/2023 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de suplemento de créditos, financiado con cargo al remanente líquido de Tesorería resultante de la liquidación del ejercicio anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 169 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, con relación al artículo 177.2 del citado RDL, se publica a continuación la modificación realizada por capítulos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, en virtud de lo que se dispone en el artículo 171 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, los interesados podrán interponer directamente recurso contencioso-administrativo en la forma y plazos establecidos en los artículos 25 a 42 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de dicha Jurisdicción. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Sin perjuicio de esto, a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 171.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, la interposición de dicho recurso no suspenderá por sí sola la efectividad del acto o Acuerdo impugnado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Sr. Alcalde&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
