    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria de 19 de octubre de 2023, ha adoptado el acuerdo relativo a la Modificación del régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial de los miembros de la corporación y sus retribuciones, que a continuación se hace público:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;“PROPUESTA SOBRE LA MODIFICACIÓN DEL RÉGIMEN DE DEDICACIÓN EXCLUSIVA O PARCIAL DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LA CORPORACIÓN Y SUS RETRIBUCIONES. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. -&lt;/strong&gt; Modificar el acuerdo del Pleno de día 6 de julio de 2023 sobre régimen de dedicación exclusiva o parcial de los miembros de la Corporación y sus retribuciones, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1.- En el punto tercero:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/strong&gt; "y hasta el 31 de octubre"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/strong&gt; "y con vigencia indefinida"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2.- En el punto cuarto: suprimir "hasta el 31 de octubre de 2023"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. -&lt;/strong&gt; Corregir el error del acuerdo de la sesión de día 7 de septiembre sobre modificación del régimen de dedicación exclusiva a parcial de la concejalía de turismo, en el punto primero:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Donde dice,&lt;/strong&gt; en dos ocasiones: "3 de agosto de 2023"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Debe decir: &lt;/strong&gt;"6 de julio de 2023".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. -&lt;/strong&gt; Publicar este acuerdo en el tablón de edictos de la corporación y en el BOIB, en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 75.7 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de bases de régimen local.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
