    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pleno del Ayuntamiento de Eivissa, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 11 de octubre de 2023, aprueba la Segunda Modificación del Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones del año 2023, la cual afecta al siguiente articulado:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTÍCULO&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SUBVENCIONES EN MATERIA DE VIVIENDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) AYUDAS PARA EL ALQUILER DE VIVIENDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objetivo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El objeto de esta subvención es ayudar a personas físicas residentes al municipio de Ibiza con escasos medios económicos, con la finalidad de facilitar la permanencia en una vivienda en régimen de alquiler por medio del otorgamiento de ayudas directas consistentes en la financiación de una parte de la renta a satisfacer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectos que se pretenden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Se pretende paliar los efectos del encarecimiento del alquiler en el municipio de Ibiza, que actualmente presenta los precios más elevados del Estado, y que obliga a muchas personas que traen años viviendo a partir hacia otros territorios por no poder hacer frente al pago de estos alquileres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El procedimiento de concesión de subvenciones se tramita en régimen de concurrencia competitiva. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Coste previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 900.436,54 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La financiación se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo cuarto de los presupuestos, concretamente a la aplicación presupuestaría 15200 48900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Plazo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ejercicio presupuestario al que corresponda el Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTÍCULO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. SUBVENCIONES EN MATERIA DE COMERCIO, TURISMO Y PEQUEÑAS Y MEDIANAS EMPRESAS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SUBVENCIONES PROMOCIÓN ECONÓMICA COMERCIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Fomentar la actividad económica del municipio apoyando a las empresas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Efectos que se pretenden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La transformación de la ciudad de Ibiza hacia un modelo ambientalmente sostenible y tecnológicamente innovador desde el punto de vista económico. En este sentido, el tejido empresarial y comercial local es un actor fundamental a tener en consideración en el proceso de transición hacia el nuevo modelo de ciudad. Por eso, es necesario apoyar e impulsar a estos sectores permitiéndoles mantener y reinventar su actividad económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Coste previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; 599.563,46 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La financiación se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo cuarto de los Presupuestos, concretamente a la aplicación presupuestaria 43100-47900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concesión mediante subvención en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Plazo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ejercicio presupuestario a que corresponda el Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ARTÍCULO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. SUBVENCIONES EN MATERÍA DE DEPORTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) CLUBES DEPORTIVOS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Al amparo de la Ley Balear del Deporte que atribuye a las administraciones locales la responsabilidad del fomento del deporte y de los propios Estatutos del Patronato de Deportes que le comprometen a apoyar a las entidades deportivas del municipio que fomentan la actividad deportiva, es necesario establecer un sistema de ayudas para estos clubes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectos que se pretenden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conceder unas ayudas económicas para el mantenimiento de las citadas entidades deportivas que les permitan desarrollar su labor de fomento del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Coste previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;90.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La financiación se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo cuarto de los Presupuestos del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, concretamente a la aplicación presupuestaria 34000-48900.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concesión mediante subvención en régimen de concurrencia competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Al amparo de la Ley Balear del Deporte que atribuye a las administraciones locales la responsabilidad del fomento del deporte y de los propios Estatutos del Patronato de Deportes que le comprometen a apoyar a las entidades deportivas del municipio que fomentan la actividad deportiva, es necesario establecer un sistema de ayudas para estos clubes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectos que se pretenden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conceder unas ayudas económicas a aquellos clubs del municipio que acuerden mediante convenio con el Patronato Municipal de Deportes, desarrollar programas de iniciación deportiva mediante la red de escuelas deportivas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Coste previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;112.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La financiación se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo cuarto del Presupuesto del Patronato Municipal de Deportes, concretamente en la aplicación presupuestaria 34000-48901.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concesión mediante subvención en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, pero con carácter excepcional se podrán otorgar mediante concesión directa aquellas otras subvenciones en las que se acrediten razones de interés público, social, económico, humanitario u otras debidamente justificadas que dificulten la convocatoria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​​​​​​​​C)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CLUBS PATRIMONIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Objetivos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Al amparo de la Ley Balear del Deporte que atribuye a las administraciones locales la responsabilidad del fomento del deporte y de los propios Estatutos del Patronato de Deportes que le comprometen a apoyar a las entidades deportivas del municipio que fomentan la actividad deportiva, es necesario establecer un sistema de ayudas para los clubes mencionados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Efectos que se pretenden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conceder unas ayudas económicas a aquellos clubs del municipio que acuerden mediante convenio con el Patronato Municipal de Deportes, desarrollar programas de competición deportiva a nivel autonómico, nacional y/o internacional, al tiempo que difunden en el exterior la imagen de una ciudad implicada con el deporte y que es patrimonio de humanidad. Las ayudas procuran fundamentalmente subvencionar una parte de los altos costes que representan los desplazamientos para poder competir en las diferentes ligas baleares y nacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Coste previsible:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;252.000,00 euros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Financiación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La financiación se llevará a cabo con fondos propios, con cargo al capítulo cuarto del Presupuesto del Patronato Municipal de deportes, concretamente en la aplicación presupuestaria 34000-48902.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Procedimiento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Concesión mediante subvención en régimen de concurrencia competitiva, pero con carácter excepcional se podrán otorgar mediante concesión directa aquellas otras subvenciones en las que se acrediten razones de interés público, social, económico, humanitario u otras debidamente justificadas que dificulten la convocatoria pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Plazo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Ejercicio presupuestario al que corresponda el Plan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
