font-size:12px">El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión ordinaria celebrada el día 28 de Septiembre de 2023, aprobó con carácter inicial, la modificación presupuestaria nº 16/2023 bajo la modalidad de Suplementos de Crédito financiados con el remanente de Tesorería afectado del ejercicio anterior, que afecta al vigente Presupuesto Ordinario de esta Corporación.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De conformidad con los artículos 177.2 y 169.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de Haciendas Locales, el expediente se ha publicado en el BOIB nº 135 de 3 de Occtubre de 2023, anuncio 9127, y ha estado expuesto al público durante 15 días hábiles en las oficinas de Intervención, durante los cuales, los interesados, no han presentado reclamaciones.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
