font-size:12px">(...)</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMERO.- Aprobar</strong> la convocatoria y las Bases del otorgamiento de subvenciones a los desplazamientos de los clubes, deportistas, arbitros y entrenadores y entrenadoras de Formentera con una dotación de 70.000 euros con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 2023.341.48000.01 las cuales constan adjuntas a este documento como ANEXO I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.- Publicar</strong> las Bases presentes en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, en el tablón de anuncios del Consejo Insular de Formentera y en la página web de esta Administración a los efectos legales oportunos.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCERO.- Abrir</strong> un plazo para la presentación de solicitudes según lo previsto en la base cuarta de la presente convocatoria.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>ANEXO I<span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"> </span></strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>BASES REGULADORAS DEL OTORGAMIENTO DE SUBVENCIONES A LOS DESPLAZAMIENTOS DE LOS CLUBES, DEPORTISTAS, ARBITROS Y ENTRENADORES Y ENTRENADORAS DE FORMENTERA</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 1</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Objeto</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El objeto de las presentes bases es establecer las normas que deben regir la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones destinadas a dar apoyo económico a los clubes deportivos con sede en Formentera, a deportistas, arbitros y entrenadores empadronados en este municipio, en concepto de ayuda a los gastos de desplazamiento por la asistencia a campeonatos oficiales de ámbito insular,&nbsp; autonómico, nacional o internacional y a cursos de formación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los desplazamientos que son objeto de esta subvención, son los desplazamientos de equipos, deportistas, (con acompañante en el caso de ser menores), arbitros y formación para los entrenadores de los clubes, desde Formentera fuera de la isla.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se podrán subvencionar desplazamientos, en los siguientes casos:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para los equipos y deportistas, siempre que sean para disputar campeonatos o competiciones oficiales de ámbito insular, autonómico, nacional o internacional, que se encuentren recogidas en el calendario anual de la Federación Autonómica, Nacional o Internacional correspondiente.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para los arbitros, siempre y cuando la organización de la competición obligue al club a llevar a un árbitro. </span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para los entrenadores, siempre y cuando estén dados de alta en el club y sean cursos para seguir&nbsp; formando o para conseguir una titulación oficial nueva o superior.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En circunstancias especiales, se podrán valorar campeonatos o torneos no oficiales, cuando tenga un carácter mediático importante (Torneo Brunete, Copas Internacionales, . . . )</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Quedarán expresamente excluidos de recibir subvención, aquellos encuentros o torneos de carácter no oficial o aquellos que, a pesar de ser oficiales, tengan carácter amistoso o de preparación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En correspondencia con los párrafos anteriores, son subvencionables los siguientes conceptos:</span></span></p> <p>​​​​​​​<span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Clubes deportivos, deportistas individuales y arbitros</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Gastos de desplazamiento desde Formentera al resto del territorio nacional para la asistencia a Campeonatos oficiales de España, de Europa y del mundo, así como para las competiciones oficiales de carácter nacional.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Gastos de desplazamiento desde Formentera a otras islas de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares para la asistencia a competiciones oficiales.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Entrenadores</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Gastos de desplazamiento desde Formentera al resto del territorio nacional y otras islas de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares para la asistencia de cursos de formación.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">A efectos de estas bases, se considerarán campeonatos oficiales a aquellos que se desarrollan con la finalidad de titular al ganador como campeón nacional, regional o provincial, y aquellas competiciones que, mediante fases, son necesarias para conseguir la clasificación para las fases finales de estos campeonatos. Bajo los mismos efectos se considerarán competiciones oficiales, las que se desarrollan con la finalidad de titular al ganador como campeón de copa o campeón o ganador de una división o grupo.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 2</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Dotación económica</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria, son a cargo de la partida presupuestaria 2023.1.341.48000.01 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera, para el ejercicio presupuestario del año 2023, con una cobertura de 70.000€.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 3</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Requisitos generales de las personas solicitantes</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Podrán ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones que regulan las presentes bases:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los clubes deportivos de Formentera debidamente inscritos en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de Baleares, para los equipos, deportistas, arbitros y entrenadores pertenecientes al ellos.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para deportistas empadronados, con una antigüedad igual o superior a 2 años, en el municipio de Formentera, donde éste asuma los gastos de desplazamiento, compitiendo en representación de una federación nacional, de una federación regional o de un club deportivo.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En el caso de que el desplazamiento sea realizado por un menor de edad, se entenderá por beneficiario de la subvención la persona mayor de edad que tenga la representación legal del mismo (padre, madre, tutor, etc.)</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No podrán ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los Clubes deportivos que ya reciben subvención por parte de alguna de las administraciones públicas para el desplazamiento de los equipos o deportistas.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los clubes deportivos, deportistas, arbitros o entrenadores que, vencido el plazo acordado, tengan pendiente la justificación de cualquier otra subvención.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los desplazamientos que ya estén subvencionados por el Gobierno de las Islas Baleares, como son las finales Escolares.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los desplazamientos de los equipos profesionales.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los entrenadores o arbitros que no estén dados de alta en un club de Formentera y que no estén en el tejido deportivo del club.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 4</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Lugar y plazo de presentación</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las solicitudes, juntamente con la documentació requerida, se dirigiran al Consell Insular de Formentera, i se presentarán en el Registre General de l'Oficina d'Atención Ciutadana (OAC/OVAC) del Consell Insular de Formentera, en la calle de Ramon Llull núm. 6, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta convocatoria se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB), en el Tablón de anuncios de la OAC, en la página web de la Corporación: www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las solicitudes podrán presentarse, durante el plazo de 15 días naturales, desde el día siguiente de la publicación de estas bases en el BOIB.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En caso de otorgamiento de la subvención, si por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera se tuviera conocimiento de la falsedad en alguna de los datos en los documentos requeridos, implicará la revocación inmediata de la subvención, sin perjuicio de que se inicien aquellas otras medidas legales que se estimen oportunas La presentación de las solicitudes, presume la aceptación expresa de lo establecido en esta convocatoria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No se admitirán a trámite aquellas solicitudes que se presenten fuera del plazo establecido, resolviéndose la no admisión, que será notificada a los interesados de acuerdo con artículos 40 a 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En caso de no reunir la solicitud toda la documentación exigida, o la presentada tuviera algún defecto formal, el Área de Deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera requerirá a los solicitantes para que en el plazo máximo e improrrogable de diez días naturales enmienden la falta o aporten los documentos preceptivos, comunicándoles que si así no lo hicieran,&nbsp; se les tendrá por desistidos de su solicitud, previa resolución, que deberá ser dictada en los términos previstos en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 5</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Documentación que debe aportarse</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Junto con la solicitud , la documentación a presentar por los solicitantes debe estar debidamente firmada por los representantes legales del club deportivo y con el sello (cuando sea un club deportivo)</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Calendario de la competición.</span></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Los modelos y anexos se pueden obtener en el portal web del área de Deportes Consell de Insular de Formentera (www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat) o en las dependencias del Polideportivo Antoni Blanc del Consell de Formentera.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si alguno de los documentos exigidos, ya estuviera en poder del área de Deportes del Consell de Formentera, el solicitante de la subvención podrá acogerse a lo establecido en el artículo 13 de la Ley 39/2015, de ́1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de 5 años desde la finalización del procedimiento y no habiendo sufrido ninguna modificación desde su aportación.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 6</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Conceptos y actividades subvencionables</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Serán objeto de subvención los conceptos y los desplazamientos que correspondan exclusivamente a los desarrollados en el&nbsp;<strong>periodo entre noviembre y diciembre del año 2021 y de enero a diciembre del año 2022 (un total de 14 meses).</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Consell Insular de Formentera subvencionará un máximo del 90% del coste, únicamente de los conceptos y desplazamientos que a continuación se relacionan:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Conceptes subvencionables/dia:</span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos desde Formentera a la península Ibérica, excluyendo la comunidad autónoma de Baleares: el máximo del 90% de 300€ por persona y desplazamiento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos desde Formentera a competiciones internacionales y a la península Ibérica en competiciones internacionales: un máximo del 90% de 350€ por persona y desplazamiento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos provinciales, es decir, desde Formentera a Mallorca y Menorca: un máximo del 90% de 130€ por persona y desplazamiento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos terrestres, para poder llegar a la sede de competición en Ibiza, Mallorca y Menorca: un máximo del 90% de 250€ por desplazamiento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos terrestres desde un aeropuerto de la Península Ibérica a la sede de competición: un máximo del 90% de 120€ por persona y desplazamiento.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Desplazamientos entre las Pitiüses, es decir, desde Formentera a Ibiza:</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dietas de los deportistas: un máximo del 90% de 30€ por persona (almuerzo y cena).</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Procedimentalciones por la duración de las competiciones: un máximo del 90% de 55€ por persona noche.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Procedimentalciones por causas ajenas de la expedición: un máximo del 90% de 55€ por persona noche</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Alquiler de coche: un máximo del 90% de 60€ por día.</span></span></li> <li><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Alquiler de material específico para la competición: (neumáticas, bicicletas, bolas de tenis...). Facilitar toda la información que sea requerida por el órgano competente, y someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación que se puedan practicar.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 9</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Régimen de las subvenciones</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La concesión de la subvención se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia competitiva.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las ayudas no generan ningún derecho a la obtención de otras ayudas en ejercicios posteriores, y no se pueden alegar como precedente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las subvenciones concedidas por esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas, ingresos o recurso para la misma finalidad procedente de cualquier otra Administración, ente público o privado, nacional o de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales. En ningún caso, la suma total de las ayudas percibidas podrá ser superior al coste total de la actividad subvencionada.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se establece como medio de notificación de todos los actos de trámite del presente procedimiento de otorgamiento de las subvenciones, el tablón de anuncios de la OAC, del Consell Insular de Formentera.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las solicitudes deberán referirse a los desplazamientos realizados dentro del período correspondiente.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 10</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Òrgan Instructor</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El órgano instructor del presente procedimiento es el área de Deportes del Consell Insular de Formentera, que debe llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de los cuales debe dictarse resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre,&nbsp; por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 11</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Propuesta de Resolución, Resolución definitiva y comunicación a las personas interesadas</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Con fundamento en el informe de la Comisión Evaluadora, el/la consejero/a del área de Deportes, elevará propuesta a la Junta de Gobierno. Ésta, como órgano competente, es la encargada de decidir la concesión o denegación de las subvenciones, y expresará la lista de beneficiarios propuestos para el otorgamiento de subvención y la cuantía, así como de las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión. Posteriormente el secretario de la Corporación, hará una certificación del acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno, la cual se hará pública en el tablón de anuncios de la corporación, a los efectos previstos en los artículos 40 a 43 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y de conformidad con el art. 34. 2.c) del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, y también en la página web:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 12</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La resolución de la concesión o de la denegación de la solicitud, agota la vía administrativa y contra la misma, se podrá interponer recurso potestativo de reposición ante la propia Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes a partir de la recepción de la notificación, según lo establecido en los arts. 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015,&nbsp; d ́1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, o bien recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses desde la notificación, ante los juzgados de lo contencioso administrativo de Palma (Mallorca), de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, referente de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Artículo 13</strong></span></span><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"> </span>Importe de la subvención, abono y justificación</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Consell Insular de Formentera podrá financiar hasta el 90 % del coste total de los conceptos y de los desplazamientos, de acuerdo con los criterios objetivos de valoración previstos en estas bases. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Las subvenciones que se regulan en las presentes bases son compatibles con la percepción de otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de otras administraciones o entes públicos o privados, nacionales, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales. El importe de la subvención individual en ningún caso podrá ser de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos, supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada. En caso contrario, se procederá a la reducción de la aportación del Consell Insular de Formentera, de manera que no se sobrepase el porcentaje del 100 % del coste del desplazamiento.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El pago de la subvención se realizará mediante transferencia bancaria, previa justificación, por el beneficiario, de la realización de la actividad para la que se concedió en los términos establecidos en las presentes bases. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de una convocatoria en la que las solicitudes se presentan una vez realizada la actividad, la justificación de los gastos debe hacerse en el momento de presentación de la solicitud de subvención, según establece el artículo 4º.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La justificación simplificada deberá comprender, en todo caso, los elementos que a continuación se detallan:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1.
