    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que no ha sido posible notificar el acuerdo de inicio de los expedientes sancionadores, así como la apertura del plazo para la presentación de alegaciones y/o prueba, por presunta infracción de la normativa de pesca, Ley 6/2013 de 7 de noviembre de pesca marítima, marisqueo y acuicultura de las Illes Balears, se les notifica mediante el presente anuncio y de conformidad con lo que prevé el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, a las personas interesadas que se indica, lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1º.-&lt;/strong&gt; Que dispone de un plazo de quince días hábiles, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de esta notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 8 del Decreto 14/1994, de 10 de febrero, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento del procedimiento a seguir en el ejercicio de la potestad sancionadora, para que formule sus alegaciones, presente los documentos y/o informaciones que considere convenientes y, en todo caso, proponer prueba concretando los medios de los cuales pretenda hacerse valer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2º.- &lt;/strong&gt;Que mientras dure la tramitación del expediente sancionador, la persona interesada podrá examinarlo y conocer la identidad de la instructora y secretaria, al efecto de la recusación que prevé el artículo 24 de la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
