    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 20 de diciembre de 2021, adoptó el acuerdo relativo a la aprobación definitiva de la creación de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica y de sus estatutos, como organización especializada sin personalidad jurídica propia dependiente del Consejo Insular de Menorca y adscrita al Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes (BOIB núm. 14 de 27-01-2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica establecen que ésta se estructura internamente en cinco órganos de carácter ejecutivo -la Presidencia, la Vicepresidencia, la Dirección, la Comisión Ejecutiva y el Consejo Rector- y dos órganos de carácter básicamente consultivo -el Consejo Social y el Consejo Científico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 11.2 de los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica prevé expresamente que la Comisión Ejecutiva de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica debe estar formada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la presidente/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la vicepresidente/a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El director o directora insular que tenga atribuidas las competencias de patrimonio histórico, en caso de que no recaiga en esta persona la Vicepresidencia de la Agencia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El/la jefe/a del Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico o un miembro del personal técnico del Servicio de Patrimonio Histórico&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la director/a de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica o un miembro del personal técnico de la Agencia, que asiste con voz pero sin voto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El/la director/a de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera o un miembro del personal técnico del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, que asiste con voz pero sin voto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La disposición adicional primera de los Estatutos establece que "desde el momento de la entrada en vigor de estos estatutos, la Agencia queda adscrita al departamento competente en materia de patrimonio histórico".&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 92/2023, de 10 de julio (BOIB núm. 95 de 11-07-2023), se efectuó el nombramiento de los consejeros ejecutivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Decreto de Presidencia núm. 103/2023, de 14 de julio (BOIB núm. 99 de 18-07-2023), delega la Presidencia de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica en el señor Juan Domingo Pons Torres, consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Cultura, Educación, Juventud y Deportes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El artículo 9 de los Estatutos de la Agencia establece que en caso de que el consejero competente en materia de patrimonio histórico tenga atribuida la Presidencia de la Agencia por delegación del presidente del Consejo Insular, la Vicepresidencia debe recaer en el director insular que tenga atribuidas las competencias en materia de patrimonio histórico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mediante el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 122/2023, de 20 de julio (BOIB núm. 104 de 25-07-2023), se nombró al señor Jaime Reurer Morlà como director insular de Educación, Cultura y Patrimonio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por otra parte, el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 197/2023, de 27 de septiembre (BOIB núm. 138 de 10-10-2023), señala que, de acuerdo con la disposición transitoria segunda de los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, corresponde al señor David Vidal Seguí, director insular de Reserva de Biosfera, asumir las labores de gerencia de este organismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dado que debe convocarse la Comisión Ejecutiva de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De conformidad con las atribuciones que me confiere la normativa vigente y, en particular, el artículo 8.2 letra f de los Estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nombrar a las personas que se relacionan a continuación como miembros de la Comisión Ejecutiva de la Agencia Menorca Talayótica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Sr. Juan Domingo Pons Torres, presidente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
