&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3. de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) de 10 de julio de 2015 por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan, subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019&amp;nbsp;(anualitat 2020), &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&amp;nbsp;45.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;43&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de &amp;nbsp;1 de octubre, y&amp;nbsp;del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;El &amp;nbsp;vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;en Materia Agraria del FOGAIBA, con fecha 16de octubre&amp;nbsp;de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.Con fecha de 16 de julio de 2015 se publicó, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 106, la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2015 (BOIB núm. 185), &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;co&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n fecha 22 de junio de 2016, (BOIB núm. 81) y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;con fecha 26 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 80). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.El 17 de abril de 2023, el vicepresidente en materia agraria del FOGAIBA dictó una Resolución de concesión de ayudas para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, que se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 50, del 20 de abril de 2023, en la que figuraba una concesión a favor del interesado señalado en el anexo adjunto. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.El &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;27&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;juni&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;o de 2023, &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;l interesad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;o&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;LUIS ARMERO ADROVER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con NIF ***&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;7280&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;**, con registro de entrada núm. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;GOIB419091&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;/2023, ha presentado un escrito en el que solicita que se modifiquen las inversiones inicial&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;es&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, comprar un chisel y una grada de discos en lugar de una cuba, desbrozadora, depósito de combustible, y cultivadores&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;inicialmente aprobad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;a. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.El &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;11&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;octu&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;bre de 2023 se emite el informe favorable de moderación de costes en el que se indica que el importe de las inversiones es un total de &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;22.998,37&amp;nbsp;€. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;5.El importe aprobado inicialmente es de 20.852,52€, por tanto la ayuda por las nuevas inversiones no puede superar los 12.510,31 € aprobados inicialmente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;6.Dado todo esto, se propone aceptar la modificación de inversiones como se indica en el anexo adjunto de esta resolución.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Orden del Conse&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ller de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014 a 2020 .&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;régimen jurídico&amp;nbsp;de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Propuesta de Resolución &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aceptar el cambio de inversión en el anexo adjunto, que es un total de 1 expediente, que comienza y termina por LUIS ARMERO ADROVER&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, con NIF ***&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;72804&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;** (exp. INEA2020_1/&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;147). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.Notificar esta resolución a la persona beneficiaria mediante la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:114%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante e&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;l conseller de Agricultura, Pesca y &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Medio Natural, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y los artículos 121 y 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
