    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º &amp;nbsp;2023-3741, de 25 de septiembre de 2023, se adoptó la siguiente resolución: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“(...) RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Modificar al alza la subvención concedida por Decreto de Alcaldía n.º 2022-4390, de 05/12/22, correspondiente al año 2022, a las siguientes asociaciones de vecinos, que quedaría de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dar cuenta de ello a los interesados, de acuerdo con la base 5.4 de la convocatoria, a través del tablón de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y la página web del Ayuntamiento (www.santjosep.org). También se publica en el tablón de anuncios de la sede digital. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dar cuenta a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el art. 20 de la LGS y el art. 36 del RGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. De acuerdo con el artículo 17 de la Ordenanza General de Subvenciones de este Ayuntamiento, las subvenciones de importe superior a 3.000,00 € tienen que publicarse en el BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Informar a las entidades solicitantes que contra la resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento, que pondrá fin a la vía administrativa, se podrán interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El recurso de reposición, potestativo, ante el órgano que dictará la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de esta resolución. Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de la notificación de la desestimación del recurso de reposición. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, se podrá interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de seis meses, a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;O, directamente, el recurso contencioso administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso administrativa, en el plazo de dos meses, a partir del día siguiente de la notificación del acuerdo.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo que se publica para general conocimiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
