    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Por resolución de alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí de fecha 16 de octubre de 2023, se ha aprobado la convocatoria que ha de regir las ayudas para centros educativos y asociaciones de padres y madres que apliquen programas de reutilización de libros de texto para el curso 2023-2024:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS PARA CENTROS QUE APLIQUEN PROGRAMAS DE REUTILIZACIÓN DE LIBROS DE TEXTO PARA EL CURSO 2023-2024&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Santanyí convoca la concesión de ayudas a los centros educativos de enseñanza obligatoria y postobligatoria, tanto públicos como concertados, del término municipal y a las asociaciones de padres y madres de estos centros, o bien adheridos al programa de financiación de libros de texto y material didáctico para el curso 2023-2024 de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional (línea reutilización de libros) o bien que cuenten con programas propios de reutilización de libros de texto, durante el curso escolar 2023-2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El otorgamiento de las subvenciones se regula por las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El objeto de esta convocatoria es regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Santanyí concederá a los centros educativos del municipio de enseñanzas obligatorias y postobligatorias, tanto públicos como concertados, y a las asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos de estos centros educativos, que estén adheridos al programa de financiación de libros de texto y material didáctico para el curso 2023-2024 de la Consejería de Educación (línea reutilización de libros) o bien que gestionen programas propios de reutilización de libros de texto, durante el curso escolar 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La finalidad de estas ayudas es promover el fomento del uso solidario y cooperativo de los libros de texto reutilizables, al tiempo que también servirá como medida de impulso a la protección del medio ambiente y de ahorro económico para las familias. Por tanto, contribuye a la educación en valores de carácter social, solidario y ecoambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- DOTACIÓN ECONÓMICA Y CRÉDITO PRESUPUESTARIO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario 2023, se destina la cantidad de 7.700,00 € a les ayudas objeto de la presente convocatoria, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 16-32603-48701.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.- &amp;nbsp;BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Pueden ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones objeto de la presente convocatoria:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Centros educativos del municipio de enseñanza obligatoria y postobligatoria, tanto públicos como concertados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos de los centros educativos antes mencionados, legalmente constituidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Tanto unos como otros deben estar adheridos al programa de financiación de libros de texto para el curso 2023-2024 de la Consejería de Educación o bien han de gestionar programas propios de reutilización de libros de texto, durante el curso escolar 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiarios de las subvenciones las entidades en quienes concurra alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de subvenciones y en el artículo 6 de las Bases Generales Reguladoras de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4.- CUANTÍA DE LA AYUDA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La ayuda consistirá en 10 euros por alumno inscrito al programa de financiación de libros de texto para el curso 2022-2023 de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional o bien a programas propios que gestionen los centros educativos o las asociaciones de padres y madres de alumnos de reutilización de libros de texto, durante el curso escolar 2023-2024, siempre que el crédito asignado sea&amp;nbsp; suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos exigidos.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5.- RÉGIMEN DE CONCESIÓN Y COMPATIBILIDAD O INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Las ayudas objeto de la presente convocatoria se otorgarán en régimen de concurrencia de todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos exigidos en estas bases; tienen carácter voluntario, no pueden ser invocadas como precedente, y se rigen por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. En el supuesto de que el importe de las solicitudes de ayudas sea superior a la cantidad máxima fijada para esta convocatoria, el crédito se dividirá proporcionalmente entre todas las solicitudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Las ayudas económicas objeto de la presente convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o entidad privada, siempre que el importe de las ayudas concedidas sea de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras, no supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6.- DOCUMENTACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Para solicitar esta ayuda se deberá presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Instancia en modelo normalizado correctamente cumplimentada (Anexo I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Certificado emitido por la secretaría del centro educativo donde se haga constar que el centro está inscrito en el programa de financiación de libros de texto para el curso 2023-2024 de la Consejería de Educación y Formación Profesional o que gestiona por sí o a través de una asociación de padres y madres un programa de reutilización de libros de texto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Informe emitido por la secretaría del centro donde conste el nombre y apellidos de los alumnos inscritos en el programa de reutilización así como el curso en el que están matriculados el curso 2023/2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Documento de transferencia bancaria (Anexo II o equivalente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;- Declaración responsable que todas las ayudas solicitadas/obtenidas para esta finalidad&amp;nbsp; no superaran individual o conjuntamente el coste ocasionado al centro por la reutilización de libros (anexo III).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;También se deberá presentar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;a.-Fotocopia del CIF de la entidad solicitante y fotocopia del DNI / NIE / Pasaporte de la persona que firma la solicitud, si ya no consta en el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;b.-Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. Se debe acreditar el nombramiento y la vigencia del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;c.-Fotocopia de los Estatutos, si presenta la solicitud una asociación. No será necesario presentar este documento si la entidad solicitante lo ha acreditado en anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas económicas del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí y no se ha producido ninguna modificación desde entonces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7.- PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES, PLAZO, LUGAR Y FORMA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El plazo para presentar las solicitudes es de 10 días hábiles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación del extracto de esta convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las solicitudes deben dirigirse a la alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí y deben presentarse según lo que dispone el artículo 14 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas. La presentación será exclusivamente de forma telemática mediante la Sede Electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí o el Registro Electrónico Común (REC) del Ministerio de Hacienda y Función Pública cuando se trate de personas jurídicas o de entidades sin personalidad jurídica. En este último caso, a la hora de enviar la documentación, debe seleccionarse “Ayuntamiento de Santanyí” como organismo destinatario de la solicitud y debe indicarse en el asunto “SUBVENCIÓN REUTILIZACIÓN DE LIBROS”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud conllevará la autorización del solicitante para que el Ayuntamiento obtenga de forma directa los certificados de estar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias con la Administración estatal y municipal, así como estar al corriente del cumplimiento de las obligaciones con la Seguridad Social. La persona solicitante podrá denegar expresamente el consentimiento, aportando los correspondientes certificados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La presentación de la solicitud de estas ayudas, supone aceptar esta convocatoria y en caso de falsedad u omisión total o parcial de la documentación presentada se incurrirá en responsabilidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Cualquiera de los órganos que intervienen en el procedimiento de concesión podrá, en cualquier momento del procedimiento, solicitar al interesado la información complementaria, los datos y las acreditaciones que estime necesarias. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/div&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8.- PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN: INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención objeto de la presente convocatoria se iniciará de oficio, por resolución de alcaldía que aprobará la convocatoria que después se&amp;nbsp; publicará en el BOIB. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. La concejalía de Educación es el órgano competente para tramitar las solicitudes de esta convocatoria e instruir el procedimiento, si bien la competencia para resolverlo y conceder las subvenciones corresponde a la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El órgano instructor, asistido por los servicios técnicos de este Ayuntamiento, deberá determinar si las solicitudes son completas y conformes con el contenido de esta convocatoria, de lo contrario, requerirá a solicitantes para que en el plazo de 10 días hábiles presenten la documentación o aclaraciones requeridos, con indicación de que si no lo hacen se les tendrá por desistidos de su solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Posteriormente, emitirá una propuesta de resolución, la cual se publicará en la página web, para que los interesados, en el plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles, puedan alegar lo que consideren oportuno. Se entenderá que las personas que no presentan alegaciones aceptan la subvención en los términos de la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se podrá prescindir del trámite de audiencia, como permite el art. 24.4 de la Ley General de Subvenciones, cuando no figuren en el procedimiento ni sean tenidos en consideración otros hechos ni otras alegaciones y pruebas que las aducidas por los interesados. En este caso, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. La propuesta de resolución que se ha convertido definitiva o la resolución expresa de la Alcaldesa, si resulta necesaria dada la presentación de alegaciones a la propuesta, finalizan el procedimiento de concesión de la subvención. Esta segunda también se publicará en la página web del Ayuntamiento. Esta publicación tendrá los mismos efectos que una notificación. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Las resoluciones de alcaldía que conceden o deniegan la ayuda solicitada ponen fin a la vía administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- PLAZO&amp;nbsp; DE RESOLUCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución del procedimiento&amp;nbsp; es el 30 de diciembre de 2023. La publicación, visto que se trata de un procedimiento en concurrencia, tendrá los mismos efectos que una notificación, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 45.1.b) de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El vencimiento del plazo máximo sin que se haya notificado la resolución legitima a los interesados para entender desestimada por silencio administrativo la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias deberán cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que son de aplicación y, en concreto, las de las Bases Generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, y las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Facilitar toda la información complementaria que requiera el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Dar publicidad a la subvención del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11.- JUSTIFICACIÓN Y PAGO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pago de la subvención, en la cuenta corriente indicada al efecto por la entidad beneficiaria, únicamente se podrá efectuar una vez dictada la resolución correspondiente y justificada de forma suficiente la adhesión al programa de financiación de libros de texto para el curso 2023-2024 de la Consejería de Educación&amp;nbsp; o la gestión de programas propios para &amp;nbsp;la reutilización de libros, durante el curso escolar 2023-2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12.- REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Se podrán anular total o parcialmente las subvenciones y ayudas concedidas de acuerdo con esta convocatoria en el supuesto de que la persona beneficiaria incurra en alguna de las causas previstas en los artículos 36 y siguientes de la Ley 38/2003, General de Subvenciones y los artículos 24 y 25 de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí, así como en el caso de incumplimiento de alguna de las obligaciones previstas en estas bases y el resto de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En estos casos, la entidad beneficiaria vendrá obligada al reintegro de las cantidades percibidas y los intereses de demora que correspondan, previa tramitación del procedimiento correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13.- INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria o en la normativa de aplicación, da lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Capítulo V de las Bases generales reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
