font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En el BOIB núm. 131, de 23 de setiembre de 2023, se ha publicado la Resolución del director general de Personal Docente de día 21 de setiembre de 2023, que modifica la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 29 de junio de 2023 que publica las listas definitivas de aspirantes seleccionados que han superado el proceso selectivo de estabilización, mediante el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso a los cuerpos docentes en las Illes Balears, convocado por Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 3 de noviembre de 2022.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">En la Resolución mencionada, se han advertido errores materiales, que deben ser corregidos.</span></span></span></span></li> </ol> <p><strong><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">La Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 3 de noviembre de 2022 por la que se convoca el proceso selectivo de estabilización, mediante el sistema excepcional de concurso de méritos para el ingreso a los cuerpos docentes de profesores de enseñanza secundaria, de profesores de escuelas oficiales de idiomas, de profesores de música y artes escénicas, de profesores de artes plásticas y diseño, de maestros de taller de artes plásticas y diseño, de maestros y de profesores especialistas en sectores singulares de formación profesional en las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">Advertidos los errores materiales en la resolución del director general de Personal Docente de 21 de setiembre de 2023 por la que se modifica la Resolución de la directora general de Personal Docente de 29 de junio de 2023, corresponde corregirlos de oficio de acuerdo con el artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas y, el artículo 56 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="background-color:null">El artículo 2.5. del Decreto 12/2023, de 10 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias b) y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 94, de 10 de julio), atribuye a la Dirección General de Personal Docente de la Consejería de Educación y Universidades, entre otras competencias, la ordenación y la gestión del personal docente.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="color:null"><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
