    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El señor alcalde, en fecha 5 de octubre de 2023, ha dictado el Decreto de Alcaldía número 2231 que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2023-1225, de fecha 5 de junio de 2023, se aprueba la convocatoria y las bases que deben regir el proceso selectivo para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo para cubrir plazas con carácter laboral temporal de oficial primera - conductor /a de vehículos municipales y servicios de grúa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida para la contratación interina como personal laboral temporal (BOIB núm. 77, de 10 de junio de 2023)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Tribunal Calificador, en fecha 28 de septiembre de 2023, levantó acta aprobando provisionalmente la puntuación obtenida por los aspirantes, otorgando un plazo de cinco días hábiles desde la publicación de la misma para formular alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Transcurrido este plazo sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones, de conformidad con el artículo 21.1.h) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, y de acuerdo con la Base Octava de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Dar por finalizado el proceso de selección para la creación de una bolsa de trabajo para cubrir plazas con carácter laboral temporal de oficial primera – conductor/a de vehículos municipales y servicios de grúa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida para la contratación interina como personal laboral temporal (BOIB núm. 77, de 10 de junio de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Integrar en la bolsa de trabajo para cubrir plazas con carácter laboral temporal de oficial primera - conductor/a de vehículos municipales y servicios de grúa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida con los siguientes aspirantes y por el siguiente orden:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
