    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Corporación plenaria, en sesión de día 28 de septiembre actual, adoptó el acuerdo que se transcribe con el fin de aprobar inicialmente el “Reglamento municipal para el uso de las lenguas oficiales del Ajuntament de Calvià”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“19. PROPUESTA PARA APROBAR INICIALMENTE EL “REGLAMENTO MUNICIPAL PARA EL USO DE LAS LENGUAS OFICIALES” DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE CALVIÀ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto el informe emitido por los servicios técnicos municipales, así como la necesidad de actualizar el reglamento de normalización lingüística municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Visto lo anterior, lo que establece la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, la Ley 20/2006, municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears y resto de normativa concordante y en virtud de las competencias atribuidas por el arte. 22 LRBRL tengo a bien proponer la adopción de lo siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Aprobar inicialmente el “Reglamento municipal por el uso de las lenguas oficiales” del Ajuntament de Calvià que se adjunta a la presente propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;.- Someter este acuerdo de aprobación inicial a información pública y audiencia de los interesados durante el plazo de treinta días en la forma dispuesta en los apartados b) y c) del artículo 102 de la Ley municipal y de régimen local de las Islas Baleares. Dentro de dicho plazo, los interesados podrán examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones que estimen oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Las reclamaciones, objeciones u observaciones que se presenten serán resueltas por la Corporación plenaria. En caso de que no se presentaran durante el plazo de exposición pública, el acuerdo inicial se entenderá definitivamente aprobado sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo expreso, en este caso será publicado en el BOIB el texto íntegro del presente acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto.&lt;/strong&gt;- El Reglamento entrará en vigor de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 103 de la Ley municipal y de régimen local de las Illes Balears, y siempre que hayan transcurrido los plazos establecidos por el artículo 113 de la misma ley. ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Lo que se publica en el BOIB en cumplimiento de lo que dispone el artículo 49.b) de la Ley de bases de régimen local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
