    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El 29 de noviembre de 2016 se firmó el convenio entre Foment del Turisme de Menorca y el Consejo Insular de Menorca por el que se creó el Premio Joan Gomila Borrás, convenio dotado con una aportación inicial de fondos de 70.000 euros, participados íntegramente por «Foment del Turisme de Menorca». El premio pretende, por un lado, reconocer la labor de su primer presidente y, por otro, hacer extensivo el reconocimiento a todas las personas que, durante años, mantuvieron vivo el Foment del Turisme de Menorca y, con él, una promoción turística de excelente calidad de nuestra isla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Este galardón lo convoca el Consejo Insular de Menorca para reconocer el esfuerzo y la dedicación de las personas, empresas, entidades y profesionales que hayan contribuido, con su labor o propuestas de futuro, a la mejora del sector sin olvidar su responsabilidad con la sociedad y el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El último gran objetivo del premio instituido es el de rendir un reconocimiento público a cualquier persona, entidad, organismo o empresa que ha trabajado o trabaja para promocionar turísticamente Menorca, actividad relacionada con los objetivos del Departamento de Promoción Turística del Consejo Insular de Menorca y de la Fundació Foment del Turisme de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La primera edición de este premio, en 2017, premió la larga trayectoria en del sector turístico de nuestra isla al señor Emili de Balanzó, inaugurándose de este modo con un prestigioso primer premiado y mostrando claramente el camino que querían seguir estos premios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La nueva convocatoria y sus bases fueron propuestas por la presidencia al Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular, que en la sesión de carácter ordinario de 6 de marzo de 2023 las aprobó. Este acuerdo de aprobación de las bases y la convocatoria del premio fue publicado en el tablón de edictos del CIM desde el 21/03/2023 al 01/05/2023, y también fue publicado en el BOIB núm. 36 de 21 de marzo de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Este año ha habido varios procesos electorales en España, y en concreto el 28 de mayo de 2023 hubo elecciones municipales y locales, con las limitaciones que la convocatoria de elecciones impone a los gobiernos y administraciones locales, en este caso al Consejo Insular de Menorca, derivadas de la ley electoral (Ley orgánica 5/1985, de 19 de junio, del régimen electoral general). Este proceso electoral ha producido un cambio de equipo de gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por estas circunstancias, complicadas por el período vacacional estival y los procesos internos y los cambios sufridos en la plantilla de trabajadores del CIM derivados del proceso de estabilización dentro del cual está inmersa la Administración pública española, han producido un retraso respecto al desarrollo normal de las gestiones y los plazos máximos previstos, que ha hecho imposible realizar una gestión óptima y cumplir las fechas máximas fijadas dentro de las bases publicadas de este premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En ejercicio de las competencias atribuidas por la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Vista la propuesta del presidente del Consejo Insular de Menorca,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El Consejo Ejecutivo, por unanimidad y en votación ordinaria, adopta el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Aprobar les modificaciones siguientes de les bases del Premio Joan Gomila Borràs 2023:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El acuerdo de concesión de distinciones, que debe comunicar la presidenta del jurado, debe notificarse a las personas interesadas o, en su caso, a sus familiares, por cualquier medio admitido en derecho, y debe publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balear&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;s y en la web corporativa del Consejo Insular&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#0000ff"&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;posteriormente al acto de entrega de los galardones. La resolución del jurado debe tener lugar, siempre que sea posible, antes del 7 de agosto de 2023 y, en cualquier caso, dentro de un plazo que no podrá exceder de seis meses contados a partir del día en que la convocatoria salga publicada en el BOIB. En caso de que no haya resolución expresa se entenderán desestimadas las candidaturas presentadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Primera. Objeto y finalidad del premio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El turismo es uno de los polos fundamentales de Menorca, y no sólo desde un punto de vista económico, sino también social. El “Foment del Turisme de Menorca” dedicó más de cien años de su existencia a la defensa y promoción de los intereses turísticos de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Terminada su etapa, sus socios y la Junta de Gobierno del Fomento, decidieron crear y dotar un premio que recordara su pasada y esforzada labor. La propuesta fue acogida por el Consejo Insular de Menorca, pasando a ser, una vez liquidada la entidad, el garante y responsable de este premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por este motivo, y como homenaje a la memoria Joan Gomila Borràs, primer presidente del Foment del Turisme de Menorca, y de todas las personas que, a lo largo de su dilatada historia, hicieron tan buen y largo trabajo, se convoca la cuarta edición del PREMIO JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS con el objetivo de reconocer a las personas o instituciones, los trabajos de investigación, los proyectos, los ensayos, las tesis, las estrategias de proyección exterior y de promoción, o los estudios que valoren los aspectos positivos del turismo en la economía, la riqueza y la creación de empleo en la isla, así como en la cultura, el medio ambiente, y, en general, en la mejora de la calidad de vida de la sociedad menorquina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Con el otorgamiento del Premio JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS se quiere reconocer el esfuerzo y la dedicación de las personas, empresas, entidades y profesionales que hayan contribuido con su labor o con propuestas de futuro a la mejora del sector sin olvidar la su responsabilidad con la sociedad y el entorno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segunda. Características del Premio Joan Gomila Borràs&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El Premio Joan Gomila Borràs es bienal y está dotado con 5.000 euros, provenientes de la dotación otorgada por la comisión liquidadora del «Foment del Turisme de Menorca», y debe otorgarse, siempre que sea posible, el 7 de agosto del año correspondiente coincidiendo con el aniversario de la constitución del Foment del Turisme de Menorca. Esta cuantía podrá entregarse de forma única a un ganador, ser dividida entre los posibles merecedores ex aequo o declararse desierta y no entregarse, si después de estudiar y valorar las candidaturas así lo considera el jurado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Tercera. Requisitos para poder obtener este premio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Pueden ser galardonadas con el premio JOAN GOMILA BORRÀS, las personas, sean físicas o jurídicas, las empresas y las asociaciones. Con este premio se pretende reconocer las aportaciones ya hechas en el tiempo al turismo, en todas sus vertientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Trayectorias y dedicaciones personales o empresariales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Proyectos de actuación que destaquen la innovación, la emprendeduría o la competitividad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Iniciativas de promoción y comercialización del producto turístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Aplicación de nuevas tecnologías que añadan valor al producto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Tesis, proyectos o estudios relacionados con la actividad turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Respecto al reconocimiento del último punto, referido a «Tesis, proyectos o estudios relacionados con la actividad turística», hace referencia a aportaciones ya realizadas, estudios y trabajos ya realizados y, tal vez, publicados. No se refiere a trabajos en el futuro o en realización, ni a ayudas a la investigación ni al patrocinio ni a la publicación de libros y tesis, o similares. Todas éstas están excluidas y no son objeto de este galardón y premio económico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas o entidades en las que concurra alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el art. 10 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cuarta. Presentación de las solicitudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Cualquier persona, física o jurídica, o entidad, debidamente identificada, puede presentar candidatos que opten a los premios, pero nadie puede presentarse a sí mismo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. La candidatura deberá presentarse utilizando el modelo habilitado al efecto o cualquier otro que contenga todos los datos indicados en éste.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Debe acompañarse de una breve memoria en la que se describan los méritos y datos que justifiquen y razonen la candidatura al premio. No se admitirán ni se valorarán avales de ningún tipo a ninguna candidatura presentada por terceros o dentro de la misma candidatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las candidaturas presentadas por los diversos departamentos del Consejo Insular de Menorca deben enviarse al Servicio de Promoción turística y Fondos Europeos mediante el mismo modelo habilitado firmado por el responsable de la candidatura y acompañado de la misma documentación indicada en este punto 4.2 por registro de entrada dentro del plazo marcado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las candidaturas de personas físicas deben incluir también el currículum vitae de la persona candidata.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Asimismo, debe constar la identificación exacta y precisa de la persona o entidad propuesta, con nombre y apellidos y DNI o, en su caso, la denominación oficial o el nombre comercial y NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si la candidatura se propusiera a título póstumo, se hará constar esta circunstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Las candidaturas y toda la documentación transcrita en el apartado anterior se pueden presentar desde el día siguiente de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; hasta el 1 de mayo de 2023, día internacional de los trabajadores, como primera fecha de plazo, de acuerdo con las siguientes indicaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Por medios electrónicos de acuerdo con lo que establece el art. 14.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en el registro electrónico del Consejo Insular de Menorca (www.cime.es) o en cualquier otro registro electrónico de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la citada Ley 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Facultativamente, pueden presentarla presencialmente, de acuerdo con lo que establece el art. 14.1 de la LPACAP, las personas físicas, con el fin de preservar el derecho de comunicarse con la Administración pública también por medios no electrónicos, mediante el registro electrónico del Consejo Insular de Menorca (en la Sede del CIM de Maó y en las oficinas administrativas de Ciutadella) o en cualquier otro registro y lugar de los establecidos en el artículo 16.4 de la mencionada LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Si algún sujeto obligado a realizar la presentación de candidatura por medios electrónicos presenta su escrito presencialmente, se le requerirá para que lo subsane mediante su presentación electrónica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A tal efecto, y de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 68.4 de la misma ley, se considerará como fecha de presentación del escrito aquélla en que haya tenido lugar la enmienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Todas las candidaturas presentadas dentro del plazo establecido se someterán al examen del instructor o la instructora, que será un/a técnico/a del CIM, que debe comprobar el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos y hacer llegar las propuestas admitidas al jurado nombrado al efecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El instructor del expediente, en este caso el técnico de gestión del servicio de Promoción Turística y Fondos Europeos, Alexandre Raga, comprobará al finalizar el plazo que se han presentado candidaturas. Si comprueba que no existen candidatos, antes de poner en marcha la declaración de premio desierto, podrá alargar el plazo de presentación de candidaturas, por un nuevo plazo hasta el 1 de junio de 2023. Durante esta prórroga podrá contactar de oficio con los ayuntamientos de la isla y otros entes públicos para impulsar la búsqueda y presentación de candidaturas viables en la convocatoria del premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Si el escrito de presentación de candidatura o la documentación fueran incorrectos o incompletos, el Consejo Insular de Menorca requerirá la rectificación o el complemento necesario. Si en el plazo de diez días hábiles, contados a partir del día siguiente de haber recibido el requerimiento de subsanación del escrito, la persona interesada no hace la rectificación reclamada o no presenta la documentación requerida, se entenderá que ha desistido de su petición de conformidad con el artículo 68 del LPACAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Los miembros del jurado podrán recabar la información complementaria que consideren oportuna para evaluar los méritos de los candidatos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Quinta. Se crea el jurado que valorará las candidaturas del premio Joan Gomila Borràs en materia turística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. &lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;c) Actuará como secretario, con voz y sin voto, el técnico del servicio de Promoción Turística y Fondo Europeo, Alexandre Raga Bargues, que es el técnico del CIM que instruye el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El jurado debe convocarse con una antelación mínima de cinco días y se considerará válidamente constituido con la asistencia de dos tercios de sus miembros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. El jurado, en base a las candidaturas presentadas, designará a la persona o personas ganadoras del premio y se reserva el derecho de repartirlo entre los posibles merecedores “ex aequ” o declararlo desierto. Asimismo, se levantará un acta en la que se harán constar las candidaturas presentadas y el acuerdo finalmente adoptado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. El propio jurado, si no se ha presentado ninguna propuesta, o cuando las presentadas no tengan entidad suficiente, puede sugerir y otorgar el premio a la persona o entidad que considere que tiene méritos suficientes y destacables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Las deliberaciones del jurado son secretas y todas las decisiones deben tomarse por mayoría simple de los asistentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. El jurado puede requerir información complementaria cuando lo considere pertinente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. La resolución del jurado es inapelable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;9. El acuerdo de concesión de distinciones, que debe comunicar la presidencia del jurado, debe notificarse a las personas interesadas o, en su caso, a sus familiares, por cualquier medio admitido en derecho, y debe publicarse en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en la web corporativa del Consejo Insular posteriormente al acto de entrega de los galardones. La resolución del jurado tendrá lugar, siempre que sea posible, antes del 7 de agosto de 2023 y, en cualquier caso, dentro de un plazo que no podrá exceder de &lt;u&gt;nueve (9) meses&lt;/u&gt; contados a partir del día que la convocatoria inicial salga publicada en el BOIB. En caso de que no haya resolución expresa se entenderán desestimadas las candidaturas presentadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexta. Abono del premio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El Consejo Insular de Menorca pagará el premio en un plazo máximo de 60 días desde la fecha del dictamen del jurado, siempre que las disponibilidades de tesorería lo permitan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. La cuantía del premio se otorga en concepto de importe bruto y, en su caso, queda sujeta a retención de acuerdo con la normativa regulada en el Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. La persona, entidad o empresa ganadora tendrá que presentar al Consejo Insular de Menorca el documento de designación de cuenta bancaria donde se tenga que hacer efectivo el pago, si éste no consta en la base de datos de tesorería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;4. El premio se entregará en acto público antes del 31 de diciembre de 2023 por el presidente a los ganadores, con la presencia del jurado, de los diversos candidatos, de los medios de comunicación y del público general que quiera asistir. Los detalles de este evento se comunicarán con un mínimo de 10 días de antelación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Séptima. Obligaciones de los ganadores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Son obligaciones de los ganadores:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a) &lt;/em&gt;Comunicar al CIM la aceptación del premio en los términos en que éste se conceda. En cualquier caso, el premio se entenderá aceptado tácitamente una vez transcurridos quince días hábiles desde que se haya publicado la resolución del jurado en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;Aportar los justificantes necesarios para poder comprobar los datos incluidos en la solicitud de participación en este premio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;c) &lt;/em&gt;Autorizar al CIM para que compruebe el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social o aportar los certificados correspondientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;em&gt;d) &lt;/em&gt;Asistir al evento de entrega y recoger el premio, personalmente o de forma delegada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Octava. Revocación y reintegro del premio. Criterios de gradación de los posibles incumplimientos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. En cuanto a la revocación y el reintegro de los premios, se aplicará lo dispuesto en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones y las demás normativas aplicables. En caso de incumplimiento de lo establecido en estas bases, deberá reintegrarse la cuantía recibida mediante la aplicación de un porcentaje de minoración en función de la naturaleza del incumplimiento. Este porcentaje debe fijarse previo informe del departamento competente en materia de promoción turística y debe notificarse al beneficiario. Las causas de reintegro y el procedimiento para su exigencia se rigen por lo que establece el artículo 44 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. En caso de que la causa del reintegro determine la invalidez de la resolución de concesión, esta resolución deberá revisarse en los términos establecidos en el artículo 25 del DLEG 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, y en el resto de disposiciones aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;3. En caso de que se hayan hecho unos pagos anticipados, la persona beneficiaria deberá reintegrar las cantidades recibidas más el interés de demora a contabilizar desde que el pago se hizo efectivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;4. Las cantidades que deban reintegrarse tendrán la consideración de ingresos de derecho público y se les podrá aplicar la vía de apremio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;5. La obligación de reintegro establecida en este artículo será independiente de las sanciones que, en su caso, sean exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Novena. Infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;1. El régimen de infracciones y sanciones administrativas aplicables será el establecido en el título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;2. El órgano competente para imponer las sanciones que se deriven de infracciones de lo establecido en estas bases y de la normativa aplicable en materia de subvenciones es el consejero ejecutivo competente en lo que se refiere a infracciones leves y graves, en cuanto a infracciones muy graves será el Consejo Ejecutivo, de acuerdo con lo que establece el artículo 69 de la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Décima. Otras disposiciones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Recursos administrativos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los acuerdos del Consejo Ejecutivo por los que se aprueban las bases y la convocatoria no agota la vía administrativa y son susceptibles de recibir recurso de alzada ante el Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los acuerdos de los consejeros ejecutivos por los que se conceden o deniegan las ayudas, no agotan la vía administrativa y son susceptibles de recibir recurso de alzada ante el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consejo Insular de Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Normativa general aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En todo lo no previsto expresamente en estas bases rigen las disposiciones que sean aplicables al Consejo Insular de Menorca en materia de subvenciones, especialmente las contenidas en las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo, que no agota la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante el Pleno en el plazo de un mes a partir del día siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
