    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el acuerdo del Pleno del Consejo Insular de Menorca, adoptado en sesión ordinaria de día 21 de octubre de 2019, por el que se aprueba definitivamente la modificación de los estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, como organización especializada sin personalidad jurídica propia dependiente del Consejo Insular de Menorca y adscrita al Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Reserva de Biosfera;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que los estatus de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera establecen que ésta se estructura internamente en cuatro órganos de carácter ejecutivo - la Presidencia, la Vicepresidencia, la Gerencia y el Consejo Rector - y tres órganos de carácter básicamente consultivo - el Consejo Social, el Consejo Científico y la Junta de Alcaldes de la Reserva;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Dado que el artículo 10 de los estatutos antes mencionados prevé expresamente que el Consejo Rector de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera estará integrado por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El/la presidente/a, el/la vicepresidente/a, los/las consejeros/as ejecutivos que encabezan los correspondientes departamentos en los que se estructura el Consejo Insular de Menorca. En caso de vacante, ausencia o enfermedad, los consejeros deben ser sustituidos por el director insular que corresponda, Un/a alcalde/alcaldesa, en representación de los ocho ayuntamientos de la isla, elegido por la Comisión de Presidentes de Corporaciones Locales de Menorca. El/la gerente, con voz pero sin voto, el/la secretario/a, con voz pero sin voto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la disposición transitoria primera de los estatutos de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera que establece que “del momento de la entrada en vigor de estos estatutos, la Agencia quedará adscrita al Departamento de Medio Ambiente del Consejo Insular de Menorca”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la disposición transitoria segunda, que establece que la designación de la persona que ejerce la Gerencia debe producirse una vez se renueve el Consejo Insular de Menorca en su totalidad a consecuencia de la celebración de las elecciones a consejos insulares que tengan lugar después de la aprobación definitiva de la reforma de estos estatutos, y a más tardar dentro de los dos años a contar desde la fecha de la referida aprobación definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Hasta su designación, las funciones propias de la Gerencia serán asumidas por la persona que ejerza la dirección insular de la Agencia de la Reserva de Biosfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Visto el nombramiento de directores insulares que se establece en el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 98 de fecha 12-7-2019) (BOIB 97 de 13-7-2023) en el que se nombra al señor David Vidal Seguí director insular de Reserva de Biosfera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista la estructura departamental y la estructura interna de los departamentos que se establece en el decreto de Presidencia núm. 91 de fecha 10-7-2023 (BOIB núm. 95 de 11-7-2023) y el decreto de Presidencia núm. 95 de fecha 11-7-2023 (BOIB ext. 97 de 13-7-2023) respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Vista finalmente la propuesta de la Comisión de Alcaldes en relación con el nombramiento como miembros del Consejo Rector.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De conformidad con las atribuciones que me confiere la normativa vigente y, en particular, la Ley 4/2022, de 28 de junio, de consejos insulares;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Nombrar vicepresidente del Consejo Rector de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera, al señor José Simón Gornés Hachero, consejero ejecutivo jefe del Departamento de Medio Ambiente, Reserva de Biosfera y Cooperación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar como vocales titulares y suplentes del Consejo Rector de la Agencia Menorca Reserva de Biosfera a las siguientes personas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Titular: Sra. Núria Torrent Pallicer, consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Ordenación Territorial y Turística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Designar a Sr. Octavi Pons Castejón, oficial mayor del Consejo Insular de Menorca, secretario del Consejo Rector, con voz y sin voto, y a la señora Rosa Salord Olèo, secretaria del Consejo Insular, como suplente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUINTO. &lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta de este decreto al Pleno en la próxima sesión que tenga para su ratificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
