&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRP2023/592 BASES Y CONVOCATORIA SIMULTÁNEA PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE BICICLETAS URBANAS CONVENCIONALES, BICICLETAS URBANAS ELECTRIFICADAS, BICICLETAS ELÉCTRICAS O KITS DE ELECTRIFICACIÓN, PARA EL AÑO 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;JUSTIFICACIÓN (PARTE EXPOSITIVA).-&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES Y CONVOCATORIA SIMULTÁNEA PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE BICICLETAS URBANAS CONVENCIONALES, BICICLETAS URBANAS ELECTRIFICADAS, BICICLETAS ELÉCTRICAS O KITS DE ELECTRIFICACIÓN, PARA EL AÑO 2023.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En sesión del Pleno del Consell Insular de Formentera de fecha 21 de diciembre de 2018 se adoptó el acuerdo de aprobar definitivamente el Plan de Movilidad Sostenible de Formentera (BOIB n.º 65 de 14 de mayo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Conseguir que el número de desplazamientos internos en bicicleta en los diferentes cascos urbanos de Formentera se incremente de manera considerable y se reduzca el uso del vehículo privado en recorridos de menos de 5 minutos es uno de los principales objetivos del Plan de Movilidad Sostenible de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por eso, la promoción de la bicicleta por parte de la Administración es fundamental y, en este sentido, la propuesta 11.1.4 del Plan de Movilidad Sostenible consiste al implementar un programa de electrificar bicicletas, tanto para los residentes en la isla como para los comercios locales, con el objetivo de que los desplazamientos internos, así como el reparto de mercancías a los comercios locales tienda a una movilidad más sostenible, reduciendo el uso del vehículo privado. La propuesta plantea también ampliar la actuación a la compra de bicicletas urbanas convencionales, para fomentar el uso de la bicicleta como modo de transporte cotidiano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En este sentido, en 2021 y 2022, se realizaron unas convocatorias para el otorgamiento de subvenciones para la adquisición de bicicletas urbanas, convencionales o eléctricas (BOIB n.º 166 de 2 de diciembre de 2021; BOIB n.º 124 de 22 de septiembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE RESOLUTIVA.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; las bases y convocatoria simultánea para el otorgamiento de subvenciones para la adquisición de bicicletas urbanas convencionales, bicicletas urbanas convencionales electrificadas, bicicletas eléctricas o kits de electrificación de bicicletas, para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- PUBLICAR&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; el acuerdo presente en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears (BOIB), en el tablón de anuncios y en la página web del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANEXO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;BASES Y CONVOCATORIA SIMULTÁNEA PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO DE SUBVENCIONES PARA LA ADQUISICIÓN DE BICICLETAS URBANAS CONVENCIONALES, BICICLETAS URBANAS ELECTRIFICADAS, BICICLETAS ELÉCTRICAS O KITS DE ELECTRIFICACIÓN, PARA EL AÑO 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. El objeto de estas bases es, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la Propuesta 4 del Programa 11, del Plan de Movilidad Sostenible de la Isla de Formentera, regular la concesión de ayudas del Área de Movilidad del Consell Insular de Formentera para la adquisición/electrificación de bicicletas, de manera que contribuyan a la movilidad sostenible, mejorar la calidad del aire, reducir la contaminación acústica y las emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y el consumo de energía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Serán objeto de ayuda las bicicletas nuevas de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike, bien sean convencionales, convencionales electrificadas o eléctricas y los kits de electrificación de bicicletas convencionales, adquiridos en régimen de propiedad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3. Las subvenciones se concederán en régimen de concurrencia competitiva siendo el único criterio de otorgamiento el del momento de presentación de las correspondientes solicitudes, hasta agotar la dotación presupuestaria disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Consignación presupuestaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El presupuesto para esta convocatoria es de 13.300,00 € (trece mil trescientos euros) con cargo a la partida presupuestaria 1 440 4800001 de los presupuestos generales del Consell Insular de Formentera para el año 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Personas beneficiarias y requisitos técnicos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1. Podrán resultar beneficiarias de la presente subvención las personas físicas mayores de 11 años residentes en Formentera que adquieran una bicicleta de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike, bien sean convencionales, convencionales electrificadas (con kit) o eléctricas o el kit de electrificación para la asistencia al pedaleo de una bicicleta convencional, adquiridos a partir de la fecha que determine la correspondiente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;No podrán obtener la condición de personas beneficiarias quienes incurran en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. Las bicicletas subvencionables serán de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike, bien sean convencionales, convencionales electrificadas (con el kit para la asistencia al pedaleo) o eléctricas. Quedan excluidas bicicletas de carácter deportivo, las bicicletas de carácter infantil y aquellas bicicletas que no cumplan los requisitos técnicos de la convocatoria. Los requisitos técnicos son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2.1. Requisitos y accesorios mínimos de las bicicletas convencionales subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Casco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Luz trasera y delantera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Chaleco reflectante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con pata de cabra o caballete&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bicis plegables incluidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dos adhesivos con los logos del Consell Insular de Formentera y el proyecto formentera.eco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Requisitos y accesorios mínimos para las bicicletas eléctricas y convencionales electrificadas con kit subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Casco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Luz trasera y delantera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Chaleco reflectante&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Potencia del motor eléctrico inferior o igual a 250 W&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sin acelerador o gatillo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Los kits de electrificación para la asistencia al pedaleo subvencionables cumplirán las limitaciones señaladas para las bicicletas eléctricas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Obligaciones de las personas beneficiarias&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de las ayudas quedarán sometidas al régimen de obligaciones, intervenciones y sanciones que establecen el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el cual se aprueba el reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, y otra normativa que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Son obligaciones, entre otras, de las personas beneficiarias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación de la entidad que concede la ayuda y las de control financiero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Acreditar la realización de la actividad al Consell Insular, así como el cumplimiento de los requisitos y las condiciones que determinen la concesión de la ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Cualquier alteración de las condiciones tenidas en cuenta para conceder la ayuda podrá dar lugar a la modificación de la resolución de la concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El incumplimiento de estas obligaciones por parte de las personas beneficiarias, o la alteración sustancial de las condiciones determinantes del otorgamiento de la ayuda o la concurrencia de las causas de reintegro previstas en el artículo 11 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, y en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, podrá dar lugar al reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En especial deberán acreditar, con anterioridad a dictarse la propuesta de resolución de concesión, que se hallan al corriente en el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las personas beneficiarias de esta convocatoria deberán cumplir particularmente las siguientes obligaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar al Área de Movilidad el número de bastidor y en su caso, el número de serie de la batería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El vehículo subvencionado no podrá ser objeto de transmisión a terceros en un plazo de 2 años, debiendo estar durante ese plazo a plena disposición de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mantener la bicicleta en uso para desplazamientos con origen y destino en la isla de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Determinación del importe de las Ayudas y compatibilidad con otras subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- La cuantía de esta ayuda consta de dos conceptos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adquisición de bicicleta convencional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; nueva de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike: la cuantía de la ayuda será del 20 % del importe subvencionable cuyo precio máximo de venta al público tiene que ser igual o inferior de 1.000 € (IVA excluido), no siendo subvencionables las compras de bicicletas de precio superior al indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adquisición de bicicleta eléctrica nueva&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike: la cuantía de la ayuda será del 25 % del importe subvencionable cuyo precio máximo de venta al público tiene que ser igual o inferior de 3.000 € (IVA excluido), no siendo subvencionables las compras de bicicletas de precio superior al indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adquisición de bicicleta convencional nueva &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de tipo urbana, paseo, city, trekking o mountain bike &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;electrificada con kit para la asistencia al pedaleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;: la cuantía de la ayuda será del 20 % del importe subvencionable cuyo precio máximo de venta al público tiene que ser igual o inferior de 1.500 € (IVA excluido), no siendo subvencionables las compras de bicicletas de precio superior al indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Adquisición de kit nuevo de electrificación para la asistencia al pedaleo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de bicicletala cuantía de la ayuda será del 15 % del importe subvencionable cuyo precio máximo de venta al público tiene que ser igual o inferior de 600 € (IVA excluido), no siendo subvencionables las compras de precio superior al indicado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Cada beneficiario podrá solicitar la ayuda para un máximo de UNA (1) bicicleta o de UN (1) kit de electrificación para la asistencia al pedaleo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;3.- Estas ayudas no serán compatibles con otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier Administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;1.- Toda la información y documentación relativa a la convocatoria estará disponible en el tablón de anuncios, la página web institucional (&lt;/span&gt;www.conselldeformentera.cat&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;) i en la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC), situada en la calle de Ramón Llull núm. 6, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Quienes deseen optar a las ayudas objeto de la presente subvención deberán presentar la solicitud junto con los siguientes documentos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Copia del DNI de la persona solicitante. En el caso de persona extranjera: NIE o tarjeta de residencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Modelo de solicitud, anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Presupuesto elaborado por un establecimiento comercial radicado en Formentera con marca, modelo y los requisitos técnicos exigidos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaración responsable de no estar incursa en ninguna de las prohibiciones para obtener la condición de beneficiaria, previstas en el art. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones. (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaración responsable de que la bicicleta y/o kit subvencionado no será objeto de transmisión a terceros en un plazo de 2 años, debiendo estar durante ese plazo a plena disposición de la persona beneficiaria y que se mantendrá su uso para desplazamientos con origen y destino en la isla de Formentera. (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Declaración responsable de no haber solicitado otras subvenciones, ayudas, ingresos o recursos para la misma finalidad, procedentes de cualquier Administración o ente público o privado, nacional, de la Unión Europea o de organismos internacionales (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Autorización expresa al Consell Insular para recabar los datos relativos al cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y de la Seguridad Social (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En el caso de que no se aporte la autorización prevista en el apartado anterior o no fuere posible al Consell Insular obtenerlas, certificaciones acreditativas de estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y frente a la Seguridad Social, expedidas en el año en curso por la Administración tributaria competente y por la TGSS, respectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Documentación justificativa de la titularidad de la cuenta bancaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.- Las solicitudes podrán presentarse en el Registro del Consell Insular de Formentera o remitir por cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las solicitudes se formalizarán mediante una instancia, según el modelo normalizado que figura como Anexo I de esta convocatoria. Éstas,&amp;nbsp; serán presentadas en el Registro General del Consell Insular de Formentera, de la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC), situada en la calle de Ramón Llull núm. 6, Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera, de forma telemática a través de la Oficina Virtual de Atención Ciudadana (OVAC) o en cualquier de las formas establecidas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, dirigidas a la presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;plazo de 30 días naturales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de la convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB). Las solicitudes registradas fuera de plazo serán excluidas y se archivarán. Si el último día de presentación fuera inhábil, el plazo se entenderá ampliado hasta el siguiente día hábil. Los restantes y sucesivos anuncios, se harán públicos únicamente en el tablón de anuncios del Consell Insular y en la página web www.consellinsulardeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las instancias presentadas en la forma prevista en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, no serán admitidas aunque conste que se entregó antes de la finalización del plazo de presentación de solicitudes, salvo que se remita la justificación de la fecha de remisión de la solicitud a la Oficina de Atención al Ciudadano (OAC), dentro del plazo establecido, por correo electrónico a: atenciociutadana@conselldeformentera.cat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Procedimiento de concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El crédito presupuestario destinado a esta convocatoria de subvenciones se distribuirá, en las cuantías de las ayudas establecidas en el artículo 5, a favor de las personas físicas que acrediten el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en la presente convocatoria, estando abierta esta posibilidad mientras no se agote la dotación presupuestaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El orden de prelación que se seguirá para resolver sobre la concesión de las ayudas será el de la fecha y hora de presentación de la solicitud en forma con toda la documentación indicada en la convocatoria o la fecha de presentación de los documentos requeridos en caso de que faltase alguno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Instrucción y resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El órgano instructor del procedimiento es el Área de Movilidad del Consell Insular de Formentera, que tiene que llevar a cabo las actuaciones necesarias para la determinación, el conocimiento y la comprobación de los datos en virtud de las cuales se tiene que dictar resolución, en el marco del artículo 16 del Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vez realizados los actos de instrucción que resulten oportunos, por parte de la Conselleria de Mobilitat i Gestió Ambiental, como área competente, fundadamente en el informe del técnico/jurídico, según corresponda, el Conseller elevará las correspondientes propuestas de concesión o denegación de las subvenciones a la Junta de Gobierno, como órgano competente para la concesión. En las propuestas se expresará la identificación de las personas beneficiarias y la cuantía, así como las solicitudes excluidas, con indicación de la causa de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Las subvenciones otorgadas o denegadas se notificarán mediante publicación en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, y en la página web del Consell Insular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Pago de la subvención&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pago de la subvención se tramitará una vez justificados los gastos objeto de subvención y emitido informe técnico/jurídico favorable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El acuerdo de la Junta de Gobierno otorgando la subvención se hará efectivo mediante ingreso en la cuenta bancaria cuya titularidad haya sido acreditada mediante el certificado aportado junto a la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La adquisición de la bicicleta i kit deberá realizarse antes del 30 de junio de 2024 y la justificación deberá presentarse como máximo dos meses después de la fecha de la factura de compra o de la notificación de la concesión de la subvención, en caso de haberse realizado la adquisición con anterioridad a esta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificación de la subvención consistirá en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Factura con marca, modelo, nº de bastidor (en el caso de bicicletas), número de serie de la batería en su caso y los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria (si en la factura no aparecen es necesario pedir un certificado o la ficha técnica a la tienda donde se recoja que el modelo comprado tiene las características exigidas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable (anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la justificación de los gastos presentados fuera incorrecta o incompleta, por parte del Consell Insular de Formentera se requerirá la subsanación necesaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificación de los gastos objeto de subvención se llevarán a cabo mediante escrito (con relación detallada de cada uno de los documentos que se adjunten, así como, el importe total de la justificación que presenten), y se presentará en el Registro de la Oficina de Atención Ciudadana (OAC, c. de Ramon Llull, núm. 6 bajos, Sant Francesc Xavier, en horario de atención al público de 9 a 14 horas), de forma telemática a través de la Oficina Virtual de Atención Ciudadana (OVAC) o en cualquiera de las formas establecidas en el art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, dirigidas a la Presidenta del Consell Insular de Formentera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Revocación de las subvenciones concedidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 43 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones, se ha de revocar la subvención cuando, posteriormente a la resolución de concesión válida y ajustada a derecho, el beneficiario incumpla total o parcialmente las obligaciones o los compromisos contraídos a los que está condicionada la eficacia del acto de concesión de la subvención. En tal caso, quedará sin efecto el acto de concesión, total o parcialmente, y se reintegrarán al Consell Insular de Formentera las cantidades percibidas indebidamente además del interés de demora correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de noviembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de noviembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal, se pone de manifiesto que la información facilitada por los peticionarios de estas ayudas será tratada en un fichero debidamente protegido para la gestión de este programa. Las personas interesadas podrán solicitar a la administración el ejercicio de sus derechos de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Con la presentación de la solicitud y el resto de la documentación requerida para participar en este programa, el interesado autoriza al Consell Insular de Formentera a facilitar los datos aportados a cualquier otra administración u organismo siempre que así lo requiera expresamente para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones específicas y garantice, igualmente, la confidencialidad de la información.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Régimen de infracciones y sanciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El incumplimiento de las obligaciones que contraen las personas beneficiarias puede dar lugar al régimen sancionador previsto en la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolución de concesión de las ayudas pone fin a la vía administrativa y ante ésta se puede interponer, o bien, recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, es decir, ante la Junta de Gobierno del Consell Insular de Formentera, en el plazo de un mes desde la notificación, o bien, recurso contencioso administrativo ante los juzgados contenciosos administrativos de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses desde la notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Régimen jurídico y publicación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por estas bases y, en aquello que no esté previsto, por el Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones de las Islas Baleares, y subsidiariamente por la Ley estatal 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, el Real decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento común de las administraciones públicas y por la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público, en todo aquello que le sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se rigen también por lo que dispone el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones para el 2022 y el primer semestre de 2023, prorrogado hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023 por el Pleno del consell en sesión ordinaria de fecha 31 de agosto de 2023 y publicado en el BOIB núm. 124, de 7 de septiembre de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Publicación y vigencia de les bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estas bases se publicarán en el Boletín oficial de las Islas Baleares y se aplicarán al día siguiente de su publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
