    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida, en fecha 22 de septiembre de 2023, dictó la Resolución núm 2023-2107 que seguidamente se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«RESOLUCIÓN DE LA BATLIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DELEGACIÓN ESPECIAL EN LA CONCEJALA Dª. ROCIO ROMERO GALERA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 21 de junio de 2023 se dictó la Resolución nº. 2023-1411 de delegación especial a la Concejala Dª. Rocio Romero Galera. El punto segundo de la indicada Resolución dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;«Segundo.- Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Toponimia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Procesión de la Beata&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Coordinación y relaciones con estamentos y organismos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Relaciones Públicas»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para la agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja modificar el listado de materias antes transcrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En consecuencia, de acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- .&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Modificar&lt;/strong&gt; el punto segundo de la Resolución nº. 2023-1411 de delegación especial a la Concejala &lt;strong&gt;Dª. Rocio Romero Galera,&lt;/strong&gt; que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RELACIONES INSTITUCIONALES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coordinación y relaciones con estamentos y organismos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Relaciones Públicas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo bis.- &lt;/strong&gt;Los actos que afecten a Cultura y Patrimonio, los cuales consten en los programas de fiestas de Son Serra de Marina, de Santa Margalida, de la Virgen de Agosto y de la Beata, serán de organización compartida con los concejales y concejalas delegados de estas Fiestas.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.- &lt;/strong&gt;Mantener el contenido íntegro de la Resolucio de Alcaldía núm. 2023-1411 en todo aquello que no se oponga a la modificación antes acordada.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO. N&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;otificar esta Resolución a los/las concejales/as afectados/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de concejal/a delegado/a, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
