&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«RESOLUCIÓN DE LA ALCALDÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;DELEGACIÓN ESPECIAL EN LA CONCEJALA Dª. FRANCISCA IGNACIO PUJADAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En fecha 21 de junio de 2023 se dictó la Resolución nº. 2023-1405 de delegación especial a la Concejala Dª. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas. El punto segundo de la indicada Resolución dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;«2º. Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;GENTE MAYOR&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autorización uso espacios municipales que no estén específicamente asignados a otras concejalías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Orientación y asesoramiento en temas propios de la corporación»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Razones de oportunidad y conveniencia para la agilización y mejora del servicio, aconseja modificar el listado de materias antes transcrito.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En consecuencia, de acuerdo con los artículos 21.3 de la LBRL y 43, 44, 120 y 121 del Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;. Modificar el punto segundo de la Resolución nº. 2023-1405 de delegación especial a la Concejala Dª. Francisca Ignacio Pujadas, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;«2º. Las facultades delegadas comprenden el ejercicio de las competencias sobre las siguientes materias:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;Promoción asociacionismo&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Relaciones ciudadanas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Promoción participación ciudadana: organización de actos relacionados con asociaciones y que no constan dentro de los siguientes programas de actos: Fiestas de Son Serra de Marina (julio), Fiestas de Santa Margalida (julio), Fiestas de la Virgen de Agosto , Fiestas de la Beata, Fiestas de Fin de año y Reyes magos, Fiestas de Carnaval y Fiestas de Pascua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Autorización uso espacios municipales que no estén específicamente asignados a otras concejalías&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Orientación y asesoramiento en temas propios de la corporación&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;2º bis. Los actos que afecten a las Personas Mayores, a los Jóvenes oa las Asociaciones, que consten en los programas de fiestas de Son Serra de Marina, de Santa Margalida, de la Virgen de Agosto y de la Beata, serán de organización compartida con los concejales y concejalas delegados de estas Fiestas.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt; Mantener el contenido íntegro de la Resolucio de Alcaldía núm. 2023-1405 en todo aquello que no se oponga a la modificación antes acordada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Notificar esta Resolución a los/las concejales/as afectados/as.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CUARTO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Las delegaciones conferidas requerirán para su eficacia la aceptación de concejal/a delegado/a, se publicarán en el BOIB y de ellas se dará cuenta al Pleno del Ayuntamiento en la primera sesión que se celebre. »&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
