    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se hace público que la consejera ejecutiva del Departamento de Ordenación Territorial y Turística del Consejo Insular de Menorca, mediante Resolución núm. 2023/83, de fecha 28 de septiembre de 2023, ha resuelto lo siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprobar el siguiente modelo de declaración responsable que se transcribe como anexo a esta resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaración responsable de inicio de actividad turística (DRIAT) de establecimientos de alojamiento: Hospedería.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGUNDO.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Las declaraciones responsables se podrán presentar de acuerdo con el modelo aprobado. La presentación de la declaración responsable con un formato diferente al aprobado y que no incorpore la documentación obligatoria, no producirá ningún efecto jurídico y no será admitida a trámite.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCERO.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar la presente resolución en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares a los efectos de general conocimiento y disponer que se le de la máxima difusión posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
