&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El apartado 8.4&amp;nbsp;de la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 30&amp;nbsp;de enero de 2018, por la cual se convocan subvenciones para el Fomento de la Agricultura Ecológica, especifica que la Resolución se notificará a las persones interesadas mediante su publicación al Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears de acuerdo con los términos que prevé el artículo 45.2 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones publicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El expediente ha sido tramitado por el Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) en cumplimiento del que dispone el artículo 43 de la ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El vicepresidente en Materia de Pesca del FOGAIBA, con fecha 31&amp;nbsp;de agosto&amp;nbsp;de 2023, firmó la siguiente resolución,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Corrección de errores de la Resolución de revocación parcial a los beneficiarios de la ayuda para el fomento de la agricultura ecológica para los años 2021 y 2022, notificada en el BOIB núm. 116, de 22 de agosto de 2023 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El día 15 de junio de 2023 se dictará la Resolución de revocación parcial a los beneficiarios de la ayuda al amparo de la Resolución de la presidenta del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de 22 de febrero de 2021 por la que se aprueba la convocatoria de las ayudas destinadas al fomento de la agricultura ecológica, para los años 2021 y 2022, notificada en Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares número 116, de 22 de agosto de 2023. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En la mencionada notificación, en el anexo I aparecen los motivos de reducción del importe propuesto de la ayuda por la anualidad 2022 para cada beneficiario, pero se ha comprobado de oficio que no se corresponden con los motivos especificados en el anexo II. Por este motivo, es necesario modificar el anexo II.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
